Aircraft for Sale

Below are the details on the seven (7) Aircraft bearing the Manufacturer’s Serial Numb er

(“MSN”) 2xx1, 3xx1, 3xx2, 3xx3, 3xx4, and 3xx6 for sale. The Potential Buyer would

be able to buy the minimum of one aircraft and the maximum of six aircraft out of the

selection below.

III. LETTER OF INTENT AND PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

Operator wishes to minimise documentation time and expense for all parties and has

therefore, established the following requirements for submission of Letter of Intent (“LOI”)

and/or proposals:

The Potential Buyer would be able to buy the minimum of one aircraft and the maximum of six

aircraft out of the selection below. The table below provides a list of the Asking Price for each

individual Aircraft:

Deposit

The Potential Buyer will pay a LOI deposit to Operator in the amount of 10% of the Asking

Price or minimum US$ 3 million per aircraft whichever is higher, upon execution of the LOI. The

deposit shall not be refundable and upon payment by the Potential Buyer of the deposit, shall

remove the Aircraft from the market.
