a minimum term of five years.

1. Premises

The Drag Strip Premises includes an access road, vehicle parking area and

spectator viewing area. The following improvements are part of the Drag Strip

Premises:

• Half- mile asphalt track

(* Only Quarter-mile of track is used currently)

• Spectator Seating

• Ticket Booth

• Concession Stand

C. Section VI. – Evaluation of Request for Proposal

SECTION VIII. ̶ EVALUATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Respondents must present evidence that they are fully competent and have

necessary experience, organization, and financial capacity to operate, manage, and

maintain the drag strip at Estate Bethlehem Middle Works, St. Croix, VI. The submittals

will be reviewed and ranked by the Authority using the following selection criteria.

(1) Plan for operation and maintenance of the drag strip. (20%)

(2) Qualifications and experience with drag strip operations. (25%)

(3) The guaranteed revenue return to the Airport. (20%)

(4) Financial ability of the respondent to operate and maintain the drag strip.

(20%)

(5) Respondent’s ability to procure insurance that meets the Authority’s

requirements. (10%)

(6) The conforming of the proposal to all the terms, conditions and prerequisites

set forth in the Request for Proposal documents. (5%)
