Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis System
>> Fresh Water Generator from Brackish Water through RO Unit
This RO Type FWG is device to take pure water from brackish water or underground water through RO module
by high pressure which is above of osmosis pressure for membrane.
It means that brackish water will go in to the module unit after strainer basically and go through the me brane
modules.
The RO module will eliminate the several malignant germ, many kinds of pathogenic viruses and ionic
materials in brackish water and underground water by special design.
The produced water will be used for drinking water and industrial water for daily life, and industries including,
semi-conductor, HVAC, chemical, petro-chemical and power.

There are large quantities of organic matter and microbe in
underground water and industrial water.
These water generate the system scale and bio-fouling.
Especially, sterilization device should be installation for removal of E.
coli which make food poisoning at food manufacturing and food supply
in school.
In case of usage of underground water at foodservice group, this auto
chlorinator device should be installed.
① The auto chlorinator is consist of chemical pump & tank.
② NaOCl input device will be controlled by input flow rate meter.
③ Residual chlorine system will measure concentration degree .
④ Control panel will display the residual chlorine concentration value
and can show the data. By logging.
⑤ Flow rate meter will measure the flow arte and will send the data to
control panel.

MBR process do not have traditional clarifier.
Membrane is installed at inside of aeration tank. The
purified water can be produced with suction type by
vacuum pump. Bioreactor and membrane were combined by
one system. Solid-liquid separation process will be made
at aeration tank and it was combined with microbe By
membrane. Excluded solid will remain bio reactor tank. A
part of them will be discharged to sludge tank.
