Paul M. French, CEO of Scisco Incorporated has over 30 years of experience gained in the covert world of Government Service, Law Enforcement and as a security consultant and investigator to numerous multi-national corporations, law firms and prominent individuals.

His company staffed by former members of the CIA, NSA and specialist military units operates in three key areas: - intelligence and information gathering in support of commercial transactions, litigation and sensitive negotiations and the development of personal and corporate security and risk management plans. He has personally protected many notable individuals including HRH Prince Michael of Kent, Lord Diplock, several Fortune 100 Chief Executives, Political figures and many other prominent individuals. Most recently he led the team that protected a billionaire financier while at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Michelle Jordan is principal and founder of Jordan LLC, a consulting firm that assists CEOs, senior executives and other leaders with their strategic communication needs. The company, founded in 1998, is based in Southern California and works with clients on both coasts.

Ms. Jordan specializes in issue and reputation management (“enhancing,” “protecting,” “restoring,”) and crisis communication, including media and internet strategies. Also assisting women CEOs raise their visibility to enhance the visibility and reputation of their companies and organizations. Representative clients range from CEOs and corporate board directors to entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals, and from family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations to academic institutions and master planned communities.

With over twenty five years in the strategic communications and public relations field, Ms. Jordan has worked throughout North America and in Europe. She served as president of the Los Angeles office of GCI Group, the global PR agency owned by Grey Advertising and headed-up corporate communications for Silicon Valley-based Digital Pictures, a pioneer of interactive video games. In New York Jordan held senior management positions with The Dilenschneider Group and Hill & Knowlton as SVP/Managing Director of the Marketing Communications Division, and global account director of a Fortune 500 company supervising client programs in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

In 2005 she partnered with Bedlam Entertainment Inc. to co-create and –produce BUZZ: An Executive Women’s Think Tank. The annual business conference attracts some one hundred women CEOs and senior executives and is the only summit of its kind on the west coast.

Ms Jordan has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and appeared several times on MSNBC-TV, Fox News and Fox Business channels to talk about reputation management and crisis communication. She has spoken on these topics at Outstanding Directors Exchange (ODX,) Women Corporate Directors (WCD,) Marcus Evans’ Private Wealth Management Summit, Urban Land Institute Leaders’ Council, and Forbes Executive Women’s Conference, among others. Ms. Jordan is a past recipient of The New York Women in Communications Matrix Award and The Orange County Business Journal Business Woman of the Year Award. She serves on the CEO’s Advisory Boards of WalkStyles, Inc. and KTGY Group, Inc., and Boards of Volunteer Center Orange County, “The Trusteeship,” (International Women’s Forum, So. Cal. chapter) and the Belizean Grove. She is a founding member of the Women’s Philanthropy Fund/Orange County.

With more than two decades of personal insurance experience, Jim Kane joined HUB International in October 2005 following the acquisition of Personal Lines Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (PLI). He was named President of HUB International Personal Insurance Ltd., the personal insurance division ofHUB International that has over 500 employees dedicated to personal insurance and more than 125 offices throughout North America. HUB International Personal Insurance accounts for more than 20 percent of totalrevenue and is among one of the largest providers of personal insurance in the United States and Canada.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kane has held several positions with local and regional insurance agencies in Philadelphia, beginning with a Marketing Representative position for General Accident Insurance and most recently serving as Central Zone Officer for PLI Brokerage. In addition, he served for 10 years as a faculty member of the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of educational courses and workshops to the insurance, legal and financial services industries. Mr. Kane has contributed to numerous articles on insuring high net-worth clients and has been widely quoted in major national publications. He has also beenasked to provide commentary on numerous topics relating to insurance for high net-worth clients.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Kane has remained an active alum, serving as President of the Notre Dame Alumni Association of Philadelphia from 1996-1998 and as a Philadelphia board memberfrom 1990-2000.

5. Create a Family Crisis Team6. Consider an alternative dispute resolution process to resolve

differences within the family7. Develop and communicate as simple Crisis Management plan that
