    ABSTRACTThis resource guide is an alphabetical listing of

    information on Arizona's universities, colleges, and career schools. Itprovides a summary of accreditation including institutional and specializedaccreditation, a listing of accrediting agencies, general educationdevelopment, and student financial aid information. This resource guidebegins with an alphabetical listing of Arizona institutes. It then gives alisting of postsecondary sectors, which lists state universities, publiccommunity colleges, independent colleges and universities, program-orientedschools and bible and divinity schools, business schools, cosmetology andbarber schools, flying schools, health schools, home study and correspondenceschools, modeling and fine arts schools, real estate schools, technical andtrade schools, and training, employment and skill centers. This resourceguide also provides a list of programs of study (such as accounting,astronomy, chemistry, computers and information systems, education, graphicdesign, finance and banking, library science, social services, and zoology)and the institutions where these majors are offered. It describes newopportunities provided by the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) for1999-2000. A list of institutions and programs open to eligible WUE studentson a space available basis is also outlined. The remaining portion of thisresource guide presents each institution's unique admission guidelines,program requirements, and course offerings. (VWC)
