Changes in Reported Questions
• Reporting or introductory clauseReporting or introductory clause• We start with ASKED (someone), wanted to
know, wonder
We don't use THAT. We use - IF or question word to begin the clause
• the word order is: subject – verbthe word order is: subject – verb• there is no question auxiliaries (DO, DID …)• There is no question mark
