THE IMPORTANCE OF DIALOGUE WITH STUDENTS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION AND TEACHING IN THE CLASSROOM In the high school, "Mariano Matamoros" I observed that teachers in this case the field of English have no communication with her students focus only on teaching and not worry about what the student has outside of school, that does not mean the teachers are bad at teaching, I am the least likely to question it, but if I think the discipline has a significant effect on student learning and that discipline is due to changes in the adolescent, also the problems this may have outside the classroom or even inside it. Talking to some second grade teacher told me that was very cool and that helped them to not feel intimidated about to ask something or to participate and even if they are wrong and when I took my practice the students were highly motivated and not no penalty had behaved very well, but compared to the first grade teacher was not the case, note that the children could not move because the teacher scolded, if children were involved but not with the same enthusiasm as the second. Back to my past practice was very good teacher and his students despite the high esteem in the classroom that was strict, but they felt very comfortable with it, students said the teacher helped them and that some young the teacher gave them money to eat at recess. The teacher told me that he loved children and gave me some tips to make my class. I think that communication and the interest of the teacher towards the students is very important for learning, because when there is trust, young people feel safe and not afraid that the teacher will punish or scold, to do or say something wrong, when the student feels confident in a friendly atmosphere and communication in the classroom is greater and the stakes at the time of an activity are more and better.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DIALOGUE WITH STUDENTS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION AND TEACHING

IN THE CLASSROOM

In the high school, "Mariano Matamoros" I observed that teachers in this case the field of English

have no communication with her students focus only on teaching and not worry about what the

student has outside of school, that does not mean the teachers are bad at teaching, I am the least

likely to question it, but if I think the discipline has a significant effect on student learning and that

discipline is due to changes in the adolescent, also the problems this may have outside the

classroom or even inside it.

Talking to some second grade teacher told me that was very cool and that helped them to not feel

intimidated about to ask something or to participate and even if they are wrong and when I took

my practice the students were highly motivated and not no penalty had behaved very well, but

compared to the first grade teacher was not the case, note that the children could not move

because the teacher scolded, if children were involved but not with the same enthusiasm as the

second.

Back to my past practice was very good teacher and his students despite the high esteem in the

classroom that was strict, but they felt very comfortable with it, students said the teacher helped

them and that some young the teacher gave them money to eat at recess. The teacher told me

that he loved children and gave me some tips to make my class.

I think that communication and the interest of the teacher towards the students is very important

for learning, because when there is trust, young people feel safe and not afraid that the teacher

will punish or scold, to do or say something wrong, when the student feels confident in a friendly

atmosphere and communication in the classroom is greater and the stakes at the time of an

activity are more and better.
