Suspicious Activity is any observed behavior that could reasonably indicate terrorism or terrorism-related crime. This includes, but is not limited to:

Eliciting Information: Questioning individuals at a level beyond curiosity about a facility’s purpose, operations, security procedures, and/or personnel, etc.

Observation/Surveillance: Paying unusual attention to facilities beyond casual activity that includes unexplained or extended loitering; unusual or prolonged observation of a facility with binoculars or a video camera; using a camera or phone to take pictures; taking nonotes or sketching floor plans, etc.

Testing or Probing Security: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to a restricted or non-public area, impersonating authorized personnel, or leaving unattended and suspicious packages.procedures, and/or personnel, etc.

Sabotage/Tampering/Vandalism: Damaging, defacing, or destroying a critical part of a facility.

What to report: Who or what you saw When you saw it: Date and Time Where it occured Why the actions were suspicious Submit any related images /documents
