Fsi4 to create form

Choose financial statement key figures

Type in description of form

Click create

Delete the last 2 columns using the deleting fxn

Choose characteristics and click enter

Double click on the first column. On the characteristic values move fiscal year and click the box and select fiscal year

Check and confirm

Double click on the second column to put the comparison year. Put operator – and offset one so it can pick the previous year

Check and confirm

Delete rows

Select the financial statement version. In the ‘from’ column choose the fsv u are to pick the financial statement items from

Check and confirm

Double click on the row

Enter

Change the key figure to balance sheet value so it can pick figures.

Select fs item then choose which one you want to use

Check n confirm

Do the same to include all the characteristics you want to use

For such things as totals, use a formula

Input the formula and check and a message should appear

Click enter and type in the narration

Result

Save.

Click on for the report or use fsi1

Click on create

Choose the characteristics you want to appear

Click on

Click on classic drilldown (detail) and on available on selection screen to allow for options.

Save.
