7. Conclusion Based on the study with respect to top 5 hospitals in Bangalore, FORTIS hospital provides

best service at Premium Price as well as in economic pricing. They include food as part of the

package.

Though it was started in 2009. It has grown exponentially because of their pricing strategy

and the service they offer.
