    to take required actions as there is a problem of poor

    use of sales staff and poor customer handling in therestore in Lucknow . I have prepared this report aftergetting complains from many customers related topoor the problem of poor customer handling.     PROBLEM

    y Shoppers stop store in Lucknow has a problem of poorcustomer handling and poor use of sales staff

    y There are many section in the store where u will findnot a single sales staff present to assist any customer

    y There are many sales staff present but most of themwere found in few sections only and were mainly

    talking with each other instead of attending therecustomers

    y I have supported my findings with photographs whereone can clearly see that many sections of store are

    vacant and not a single sales staff is present therey I gave questionnaire to around 30 customers and

    found out that most of them were facing the sameproblem

    yAfter doing lot of research and collection of datarelated with the problem a conclusion can be drawn

    that there is problem of poor management of salesstaff in the Lucknow store of shoppers stop which isresulting in lots of dissatisfied customers which isseriously affecting the brand image of shoppers stop

    RECOMMANDATION

    y Proper management and controlling of sales staffshould be done

    yThere should be an all time monitoring system of salesstaff during working hours

    y Stern action should be taken against staff memberwhich are not performing there duties

    y Some employees should be given the responsblity toenquire customers about there experience of visitingthe store and there feedback should be recorded
