4. Tutorial In the Tutorial session, the following lecture on deep

learning in communications was presented (see Fig. 8). Geoffrey Ye Li (Imperial College London)

Deep Learning in Wireless Communications

This lecture presented some research results in using deep learning to reduce the complexity of mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP). Then, how to use deep reinforcement learning directly for wireless resource allocation with application in vehicular networks was discussed.

6. International Advisory Committee To hold this first flagship conference, the organizing

committee has been with great support from TPC Track chairs, TPC members, and Technical Advisors. In addition, the following International Advisory Committee supports the above-mentioned special session and active promotion in IEICE International sections. They are also a chair of each IEICE International section.

Hongxiang Guo (Beijing University of Posts &

Telecommunications) Piotr Zwierzykowski (Poznan University of

Technology) Widhyakorn Asdornwised (Chulalongkorn

University) 7. Information on ICETC2021

ICETC2021 will be held as a hybrid conference at Tokyo University of Science on December 1-3, 2021 (see Fig. 10). We look forward to your participation and cooperation in ICETC2021 [4].

8. Conclusion

Thanks to all of you, ICETC2020, which is the first flagship international conference in IEICE, was ended successfully. Although this conference completely online due to the COVID-19, a large number of papers were submitted to the conference, and many students and researchers participated in each session. This was the first time for many students to attend an international conference, and it was very impressive to see them giving their best presentations and answering

questions with difficulty. We think it was a very good experience for them.
