    The following are the details for Progress Report and Term Report:

    Term Report:

    The final term report should consist of around 20 pages (8000 words approximately),

    with font size 11 and Times New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing. Appendices, Title

    page, Acknowledgements and table contents should not be counted as a part of those

    20 pages, rather they will be considered apart from the required page limit. Also,

    students are requested not to leave blank spaces between headings for the sake of

    fulfilling the page limit criterion, this may lead to marks deduction. The report should be

    spiral binded and printed, and it must be submitted in the beginning of the session on

    the due date. An e-copy of the final report should also be submitted by emailing it to

    [email protected].

    A tentative list of headings for term report is given below but it should be noted that

    these headings are neither topic specific and nor comprehensive. They are just being

    given to facilitate the process of writing report. Students can change headings, add or

    remove some headings based on their chosen topic and report style.

    1) Title page

    2) Acknowledgements

    3) Table of contents

    4) Executive summary (2 pages)

    5) Literature Review

    6) Research methodology

    7) Research Findings and their interpretation

    8) Analysis and discussion

    9) Conclusions

    10) Recommendations

    11) Appendices

    The content under each heading may vary depending on the report, but executive

    summary must not exceed 2 pages limit.

    The appendices should include references, contribution statement of each member,questionnaire, survey questions, interview questions, group evaluation of the research

    experience, and any other reference material necessary to be included in report. All

    groups are expected to submit visiting cards of all the persons they have interviewed.

    This report basically is intended to check how much work you have done, how much

    you have to do, whether you are on the right track or not.

    This report should contain all the work you have done on the Final Term Report

    headings, and it should also have a list of targets which you plan to do for the

    submission of final report. The specifications about font and font size, binding, timelysubmission, etc are the same as in case of Final Term Report. The report should have 8

    pages (3000 words approximately). An e-copy of the progress report should also be

    submitted by emailing it [email protected]. It should also be noted that this

    report will be marked along with the final report.
