• BE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT STANDARD REPORTS WILL BE PROVIDED AND POTENTIAL REPORT NEEDS, SOME SYSTEM PROVIDERSCHARGE EXTRA FOR REPORT DEVELOPMENT.• ESTABLISH A USER GROUP FOR THE SYSTEM THAT WILL ACT AS A CLEARING HOUSE FOR CHANGE REQUEST INCLUDING ADDITONAL REPORT DEVELOPMENT.
