PCRET will fabricate and provide requisite no. of Photovoltaic (PV) Panels to TIP.

NIE will provide electronic design / schematics / PCBs of the systems to TIP.

NIE will also provide Testing Facilities of the systems

TIP will provide mechanical packaging, plastic molding & assembling of the products

TIP will market the finished products.

The final product will bear logo of the three organizations.

The revenue earned will be shared among these organizations as per agreed formula
