students'learning experiences. A.P.J
Abdul Kalam said “ Teaching is a very
noble profession that shapes the
character ,caliber and future of an
individual”. Good teachers can make
their students educational experiences
successful including under adverse
conditions. Good teachers can help the
students obtain fundamental learning
even with poor curriculum and limited
teaching facilities .Teacher is the strong
support of educational system which
leads us to the right pathway and shows
the route with appropriate supervision
and inspiration. Teaching is a profession
that teaches all other professions. The
country has reached the edge of the
development of new technologies and
teacher has to constantly progress
themselves with the advancement to
participate in the process of nation
building. It was no more disbelief to say
that the fortune of the country was being
made in the classroom and the teacher
has a significant role to play in the entire
programme of national development
and social changes. Behind every
successful engineer and doctor is a
teacher and sometimes it's often
wonders who teaches these eminent
people like Einstein and Abraham
Lincoln. Alexander the great once said ,
“ Iam indebted to my father for living ,
but to my teacher for living well.” The
role of the teachers and their
competency remain crucial to an
effective outcome of learning. Many
educationist have described the teacher
in different ways some describe him/
her as a dispenser of knowledge while
other see as a leader, coach ,facilitator,
advisor ,motivator ,evaluator and a role
model . Whatever description one
would gave but the teacher plays a
lead role in determining the future of
students. A teacher duty performed is
not easy, because a good teacher does
not just inform illuminate or exhibit, but
also to inspire.
Stanford center for opportunity
policy in education , in its research in
September 2010 states “ in examining
the source of Finland's dramatic rise to
the top , research shows that one key
elements that has impacted Finland's
success above all others : excellent
teachers . Teachers also are the main
reason Finland now leads the
international pack in literacy , science
and math. So being a teacher is great
onus in one's shoulder as you for
someone the ladder to success and
contribute a nation building process.
Thus if the students are the future of the
nation the teacher's are the builder of
nation as. - Helen Caldicott “Teachers , I
believe , are the most responsible and
important members of society because
their professional efforts affect the fate
of the earth”.Such responsible teachers
are the need of the hour for the
betterment of the individual , society
and the nation. It's a matter of great
pride that such pious, perfect, energetic
and responsible teachers are providing
their services in the university of Dev
Sanskriti which is committed to its man
making mission.

Teacher Are
The Nation BuilderTeacher is the backbone of
educational system, the creator of
mankind and the builder of the nation.
Teacher occupies a pivotal position in
any nation. A nation's growth is
determined by the aptitude of its gurus
to change the character of future
generation Their work is not confined to
a particular country or state but includes
the entire span of life time. Since ancient
period teacher has been a respectable,
reputable and most genuine profession
in the society. In ancient time the teacher
was usually a guru who was no ordinary
person . The traditional guru shishya
lineage or parampara was famous in
the old culture for disseminating
knowledge and wisdom on different
vedic, musical , spiritual and also taught
essential values, ideas, manners and
sanskars which would help them in their
future life . In Indian culture the teacher
is next to God . From traditional
education system to modernized the
role of teacher is to inculcate the seed of
knowledge. What teachers know and
do is the most important influence on
what students learn. Teachers are
undoubtedly the most essential
representatives in the educational
process because they directly shape
‘’Let us sacrifice ourtoday
so that our children can have a better
tomorrow.’’-Abdul Kalam
