PARKING As part of the wedding package, a discounted self-parking rate will be available for yours guests at a rate of $17.00 per car for the day of event, or pro-rated at $7 an hour. Valet parking is available for a rate of $35.00 per car per day. Parking charges may be added to the master account if desired. For discounted parking rates please ask the Catering Sales Manager.

GUEST COUNT Your final guarantee of attendance is due 72 business hours prior to the event. At that point, it is possible to increase the guest count number but not reduce the number below your final guaranteed count. If guests exceed the guarantee, appropriate charges will be incurred.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX For your convenience, a 25% taxable service charge and applicable state sales tax has been added to all pricing in the wedding package.

TASTING Event held for the both of you and two (2) Guests. An opportunity to sample multiple menu items, meet our Executive Chef and work with your Event Manager to discuss these food selections.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event space on a definite basis. An additional 25% deposit is due no later than 3 months prior to your event. Your final payment is due no later than 7 days prior. Acceptable methods of payment for your event are credit card, cashiers check, certified check or cash.

MINIMUM REVENUE REQUIREMENTS A total food and beverage revenue minimum will apply to your event. This minimum is determined based upon the event space you desire, time of day and date of interest.
