General Information

PARKINGAs part of the wedding package, complimentary self-parking isavailable to dinner attendees in the garage attached to the hotel. Overnight parking is available at a discounted price .

GUEST COUNT

Your final guarantee of attendance is due 72 business hours prior to the event. At that point, it is possible to increase the guest count number but not reduce the number below your original guaranteed count. If guests exceed the guarantee, appropriate charges will be incurred.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX

A 25% taxable service charge and applicable state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges as well as any audiovisual equipment charges and function room set-up/rental fees.

Once a contract is signed, we will be delighted to set a time for a menu tasting. Please consult your Catering Sales Manager for availability.

DEPOSITSIn order to secure Renaissance Ballroom with specified wedding date on a definite basisa $1,000 deposit is required with signature of mutually agreed upon contract.A 75% deposit of the anticipated total Charges is required 60 days prior to the weddingevent. Final payment along with your final guarantee is required 10 business days priorto the function. All deposits are applied toward the function’s balance and are non-

refundable. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, cashier’s check, or cash. Our wedding specialist can also create a personalized payment schedule to accommodate your individual needs.

TAX & SERVICE CHARGEAll menu prices are subject to a 25% service charge and 10.50% sales tax.

LIQUOR LIABILITY & CORKAGEAny wine or champagne not provided by the hotel must be prearrangedand will be subject to a $15 per bottle corkage fee, plus service charge.
