Blue Streak Electronics (BSE) was establishedin North America in 1987, and expanded intoEurope by founding Blue Streak Europe Limitedin 1996, followed by establishingremanufacturing facilities in Pisa andStrasbourg.

BSE offers an alternative to expensivereplacements of engine management systems(ECUs), fuel injection units, ignition modulesand air flow / mass meters ranging from movingflap types to hot wire or hot film.

The company offers an “Own Unit Rebuild”service on your ECU or air flow, which comeswith a full 1-year guarantee. With this serviceyou will get a fully tested and reconditionedunit. Parts found to commonly fail would bereplaced and refinished with new casing. If yoususpect your ECU of being faulty and the faultis very intermittent, BSE can also offer a “TryBefore You Buy” service.

From 1994 ECUs have become immobilisedoffering an anti-theft mechanism for vehicleswhere keys are uniquely coded to the car’sECU. Blue Streak can test and supply a widerange of these types of units using custommethods they have developed to extract andtransfer these codes. In some cases BSE canoffer an immobiliser decode service in order toblank out the existing security codes inside yourECU so that they are ready to self learn thenew code when fitted back to the car.

During over 37 years of specialised clutchremanufacturing, Fleetway haveremanufactured nearly 4,000,000 clutchcomponents. The analysis of hundreds ofthousands of worn clutches over the years hasgiven Fleetway the benefit of understanding thestrengths and weaknesses of all the variousunits, and of the systems and vehicles to whichthey have been fitted. Four Seasons replace 100% of most internalparts including shaft seals, gaskets, o-rings andbearings. Many also receive new pistons, pistonrings, ball shoe disks, noses, rear heads, swashplates and other components.

After assembly, every compressor is tested forsound level, vacuum and pressure retention.Compressors that pass go through a finalcleaning operation before painting andpackaging.
