I began with Impatient Expectation… for quick results in inner growth

Gradual realisation dawned that it needs a lot of patience, self-observation, practice…Coming to an understanding of what I want to achieve in my life… my central aim… finding myself, in touch with my inner being

I want to achieve my central aim through the relationships I am living… not alone – that would be very easy

We are all emotional beings… we generally try to reflect on others… that’s why ‘Your’ emotions…

But I realised that first I have to understand ‘my’ emotions…. Mastering myself would be for a bigger cause, and moving towards my aim

It kept me moving towards my aim as well.

I found Yoga as a mode of physical exercise that connected my mind and body… a very important part of my life.

I see that food also determines my emotions…

I try to have good eating habits as prevention is better than cure… it builds up good health.

I want to be on a path of growth which will help me find what I am and be happy with it… Patience, Perseverance, Observation, Will are my aids…
