Th e REMA TIP TOP CHEMOLINE and CHEMONIT corrosion protection systems have been used successfully around the world for many years. Th ese

systems cover a wide range of different applications and can be applied on-site or in the workshop to ensure heavy-duty corrosion protection.

Utilizing our extensive experience, laboratory and fi eld tests, we select the right materials for every kind of operating conditions, in order to make

the respective protection systems fully effective. Our staff uses a wide range of materials to solve your corrosion problems.

ON-SITE RUBBER LININGS

For larger components like storage containers, pipes,

reaction vessels, fl ue gas scrubbers, and also concrete

components such as waste water sewers and deionizing

& neutralization basins, REMA TIP TOP’s on-site

rubber linings offer optimal protection and are the

ideal solution.

CHEMOLINE—Pre-Vulcanized Soft Rubber Lining

Th e CHEMOLINE 4CN product line is based on high-

quality rubber types and mixtures that cover a great

diversity of applications in environmental protection and

in the process industries. REMA TIP TOP supplies these

pre-vulcanized rubber lining systems complete with our

CN bonding layer, which provides quicker applications

with less preparation time of the rubber, high initial

tack and unsurpassed adhesion values when lining

steel or concrete substrates. An outstanding feature of

the CHEMOLINE 4CN materials is their extremely high

chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance.

CHEMOLINE—Self-Vulcanizing Soft Rubber Lining

CHEMOLINE 4B rubber linings can be vulcanized

at ambient temperature after being applied at the

construction site with steam or hot water. Self-

vulcanisation at temperatures above 25° C with Cement

TC 5000 bonding system.

WORKSHOP RUBBER LININGS

For components that fi t into an autoclave and can be

transported, such as pipes, fl ue gas scrubbers, quench

towers, venturi scrubbers, fi lter and storage tanks,

reaction and pickling tanks, centrifuges, road and rail

tanks, valves as well as rollers and drums, REMA TIP TOP

workshop rubber linings offer optimal protection.

CHEMOLINE— Non-vulcanized Soft Rubber Lining

Non-vulcanized CHEMOLINE soft rubber lining systems

are suitable for use in environmental protection and

in process industries where the greatest chemical,

thermal and mechanical resistance is demanded. Th ese

soft rubber lining products are normally vulcanized

in an autoclave or they can be vulcanized at ambient

temperature with steam or hot water after being applied

at the construction site.

CHEMONIT— Non-vulcanized Hard Rubber Lining

CHEMONIT hard rubber lining systems are based on

high-quality synthetic and natural rubbers of the most

advanced kind. Th ey are suitable for applications in

the process industry at temperatures of up to 212°F.

After application, CHEMONIT hard rubber lining

systems are vulcanized in the autoclave, although

special formulations of some materials allow on-site

vulcanization with hot water or steam.

PROCESS FLOORINGREMA Corrosion Control product line provides protection

for tough Process Floor environments. Protection starts

with concrete and crack repair, crack bridging systems

and joint materials. Our polymer systems can provide

protection from chemicals, temperatures from process

liquids, wear and impact to meet the demands of our

customer’s operating service conditions.

Our standard polymer fl ooring systems include a range

of base resin types that are applied as stand-alone

coatings, broadcast, slurry/broadcast, and trowel applied

fl ooring depending on specifi c service requirements. Our

range of coatings and reinforced linings are also used for

the protection of process fl oors in specifi c cases.

SECONDARY CONTAINMENTREMA Corrosion Control product line provides protection

of secondary containment structures including truck

loading/unloading stations, storage and process fl oor

areas in most industries. We offer a wide variety of

products to meet your specifi c corrosion control needs in

secondary containment applications, such as, reinforced

POLYUREA COATINGSREMA TIP TOP Polyurea Systems are a superior

protective monolithic-like barrier spray membrane

systems specifi cally designed for primary and secondary

containment, sealing and protecting the inside and

outside of steel, concrete and wooden tanks against

corrosion, chemical attack, abrasion and weathering.

Our Polyurea Systems exhibit superior performance

characteristics on most construction materials. Th is

extremely fast cure protective coating can withstand

service temperatures ranging from –40 F. to +350 F. Once

applied, these systems provide an extremely tough, yet

resilient, coating and/or lining which provides reliable

long-term protection for a wide variety of substrates.

PU COATING SYSTEMSCOROPUR stands for moisture-hardening, single

component coating systems that can be applied by

brushing, rolling or spraying procedures. Alongside the

simplicity of application and their high tolerance to

moisture, COROPUR coatings feature a combination of

great surface strength with high elasticity, and so ensure

MOLDED RUBBER AND CERAMIC LININGSREMALOX is a highly wear resistant combination of

molded rubber and ceramic plates, with CN bonding

layer, designed to solve your most demanding sliding

abrasion problems.

IMPACT AND WEAR PLATES & BARSREMA TIP TOP offers a wide variety of molded rubber

impact bars and plates for extended service life in heavy

impact areas of chutes, hoppers and transfer points.

URETHANE LININGSREMATHAN polyurethane sheeting is a high performance

wear resistant material that also exhibits excellent

resistance to oil and grease. REMATHAN’s CN bonding

layer provides quicker applications with less preparation,

high initial tack and unsurpassed adhesion values

to metal.

UHMW-PE LININGSREMA TIP TOP offers UHMW sheets in a wide range

of sizes and thicknesses for bolt-in applications. We

also can offer our REMALEN, which is a combination of

polyethylene and rubber used to reduce the build-up of

fi nes in transfer chutes when conveying and handling

very fi ne particle and dust like materials. REMALEN is

supplied with a CN bonding layer for ease of installation.

PTFE LININGSREMAFLON is a combination of PTFE (Tefl on) and

rubber that exhibits excellent anti-caking properties.

Th e REMAFLON’s CN bonding layer provides quicker

application with less preparation, high initial tack and

unsurpassed adhesion values to metal.

MATERIAL HANDLING HOSESREMA TIP TOP offers wear-resistant, fl anged-end and

cut-end hoses designed to provide superior performance

in mining and industrial applications. Hoses range

in size from 2” to 36” ID and lengths up to 50 feet. All

are available in both suction and discharge styles with

working pressures up to 150 PSI and temperature

maximums to 180° F.
