CONSTRUCTION HEADLINES
• Work started in November last year
• Work ends at the beginning of June next year
• Internal works start in April this year

• So far, some minor issues with the piling

VENTILATION DETAILS
• Contractors are required to meet BREEAM excellent, and our detailed specification. Ventilation will work as designed.
• Built-in redundancy, each core with its own AHU, fan-coils have local isolation, independent AHUs for technical areas, 24/7 BMS monitoring, designed to be fully operable under normal maintenance.
• In event of a fire, smoke is vented from each half-floor.
