Begin again on the 1! Vulcanair has leveraged its long experience in designing andmanufacturing complex certified multi-engine aircraft and has nowchanneled its know-how to supply an exceptionally priced single-engine aircraft.

The V1.0 opens the doors of the Vulcanair Aircraft family to new aircraftowners wanting a durable, affordable modern aircraft.Excellent performance, state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, modern avionics andexceptional value make the V1.0 a serious alternative in today’s single-enginepiston aircraft arena.The V1.0’s structure is a combination of welded steel tubes arranged in an articulatereticular fashion (main cabin) coupled with a riveted aluminium wing,tail cone and empennage section. This arrangement insures a strong protective cabinfor pilot and passengers and a lightweight structure altogether.

The V1.0 is powered by the 180 hp Lycoming IO-360-M1A that is capable of running with AvGas oralternative fuels. The aircraft cabin is extremely functional with four seats and three doors and aluggage capacity of 40 kg (88lb) in a separate and dedicated compartment. The cockpit has beendesigned to keep all the commands, switches and circuit breakers in an ergonomic position for the pilotand its shape has been designed to minimize parallax errors. The standard avionics package of choicefeatures a Garmin G500 coupled with a GTN650 unit and a digital engine monitoring system. The latesttechnology digital back-up instrument is offered standard in the aircraft package as well as an AoA(angle of attack indicator). A full IFR version is also available as an option. The V1.0 is a utility categoryaircraft which further expands the V1.0's ambitions as an all round performer.

The A-VIATOR is the simple, safe, yet not obvious answer to a large numberof operators. Up till now operators did not have other alternative than spendingfortunes in very old gas guzzling twin-engine piston AvGas aircraft, or havingto revert to less safe single-engine turboprop aircraft.

The A-VIATOR is an economical nonpressurized twin-engine turbopropanswering to a multiple array of needsfrom private/charter operations toadvanced airborne surveillance and aerialwork missions.The A-VIATOR design is derived from thesmaller P68 Series and its legendary flightqualities have been maintained.The fuselage has been stretched to allowmore space on board and 2 turbinepowerplants replace the piston enginesallowing the aircraft to operate in areaswhere AvGas is not readily available.The retractable landing gear improves thealready excellent speed characteristics,and the stretched fuselage allows a moreefficient use of cabin space, resulting in amaximum seating capacity of 9 passengersand 2 pilots.
