Monthly RA Data Processing

October Monthly Resource Adequacy

• Replacement Required published in CIRA.

• Please review the Replacement Requirement and submit specified replacements as

soon as possible.

• Suppliers must approve/reject the replacements in CIRA before October T-11

November Monthly Resource Adequacy

• T-45 plans due on 09/16.

• Cross Validation results will be available in CIRA on 09/17

• LSEs must review all CV errors and FLEX_CV errors

Cross Validation results are automatically available the day after T-45. Please

promptly log in to correct errors each month.

Market Simulation – Drop 1 for early 2016 release

• Scenarios planned for 11/09/2015 to 12/04/2015

• The environment will be open for participants to test

additional unstructured scenarios through 12/04/2015

Description Submit NQC Request in CIRA

ISO Market Participant Action

SC may submit NQC requests through CIRA user interface

using the new NQC template.

SC may submit NQC requests for different resources.

Resource IDs need to be modeled in master file and should

have a PMAX value to be used for simulation.

ISO Actions

Validate and approve/reject the NQC requests. ISO will

populate the area, queue number and other resource

reference data in CIRA. An email will be sent out once the

requests is processed in CIRA.

Expected Outcome SC may view the NQC results in CIRA UI

that being a lower priority for Participants

– Plan updated, the APIs will now be part of Fall 2016 release

– Tech Specs were moved to corresponding release area on the

public website
