2.0 Task Requirements

2.1 Purpose The purpose of this release is to improve quality and performance in Regional Business Application (RBA), National Business Application (NBA), and Assisted Services Shared Information SysTem (ASSIST) by implementing 14 maintenance improvements identified during the Program Management Office (PMO) prioritization sessions. This release also contains 4 BIRT improvements and 2 infrastructure maintenance change requests.

The following 20 improvements are included in the release:

CHG91175 – CIS – Correct CIS to allow Supply and Services to have a BEGIN Date equal to POP Begin Date

CHG104924 – BIRT: Update All Contract Actions tab of the Award Data report to include PENDING funding_status

5.8.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue in ASSIST2 apps that was displaying full initial set (first/middle/last) in the full user’s name (First, full initials, Middle initial, Last) when the middle initial is included in the user’s Registration document, when only the Middle Initial should be displayed (First name, Middle initial, Last name).

5.10.3 Change Description – Drag and Drop PortletsThis change will allow users to ability to organize their portlets on each of their landing pages. Users can drag portlets by right clicking on the header and dropping it in their preferred column.

5.10.4 Interface ImpactGlyphs (three dots) have been added to the portlets as an indicator that those portlets can be moved based on the user’s preference.

5.10.5 Change Description – Action Items PortletThis change allows users to collapse or expand their Action Items Portlet. When the user logs in the Action Items portlet will be in the state it was previously left in.

5.10.6 Interface ImpactDepending on the state of the Action Items portlet, a plus (+) or minus (-) sign will be displayed.
