TOUCH TOUCH

Capire l’entità dell’incidente è cosa fondamentale per

effettuare un preventivo corretto e senza sorprese

sgradevoli per il cliente.

Con semplici passaggi il Touch riesce a fare chiarezza

sulla gravità del danno, dando informazioni utili sui pezzi

di meccanica da sostituire e non e sui punti della scocca

coinvolti nell’incidente. Il tutto in pochi minuti.

La diagnosi può essere effettuata su qualsiasi sollevatore,

ed è estremamente veloce.

Una volta stabilizzato il carrello sul pavimento , scelto

la marca e il modello e preso i 4 punti che il computer

suggerisce e mostra a monitor (fase di allineamento),

basterà scegliere il punto, di cui vogliamo conoscere la

misura, mettere in centro del bullone la punta e premere

una volta il pulsante posto sul braccio.

Nessun altro accessorio ma solo 3 punte in dotazione

che posso essere scelte a discrezione del carrozziere e

permettono di eseguire la diagnosi totale del veicolo.

Il risultato è una stampa in cui i punti di meccanica e scocca

sono evidenziati con due colori: verde o rosso.

Quando il pallino è verde, la misura rientra nella tolleranza

della casa costruttrice, rosso la misura è fuori tolleranza.

Per ogni punto troveremo i valori della casa costruttrice,

i valori reali rilevati nell’auto e le relative differenze in

millimetri (lunghezza, larghezza e altezza).

To understand the importance of an accident, it’s even more

important to estimate correctly the damage first, avoiding

unpleasant surprises for the customer.

With few simple steps the Touch is able to clarify how

important is the damage, giving useful information on the

mechanical parts to replace and to not replace on the points

involved in the accident. Everything in few minutes.

The diagnose can be done on any lift and it’s extremely

quick.

Once the trolley is fixed to the ground, the make and model

have been chosen and the 4 points measured (alignment

process), you will only have to choose the point that you

want to know the measure of, put the probe in the center of

the bolt and click once on the button.

Not too many accessories, but only 3 probes that can be

chosen by the body shop workers, and that allow to do the

total diagnosis of the vehicle.

The result is a print out where the mechanical and chassis

points are underlined with 2 different colors: red or green.

When the dot is green, the measure is in tolerance with the

OEM specs; when it’s red then is out of tolerance.

For each point you will find the OEM values, the real values

and the differences in millimeters (lenght, width and height).

Con il Touch possiamo già dal monitor, mettendo in

relazione due punti qualsiasi, conoscere la lunghezza tra

quest’ultimi, la larghezza o anche la diagonale.

Possiamo personalizzare ogni singola scheda aggiungendo

un massimo 50 punti agli esistenti, come: parti esterne,

parti meccaniche, fori ecc... aggiungendo la foto e anche

il commento.

I punti rimarranno disponibili solo per una misurazione o

anche per tutte le misurazioni future (dello stesso modello)

a discrezione del carrozziere e verranno riportate anche

nella stampa finale.

Possiamo inoltre effettuare misurazioni su auto usate per

garantire la sicurezza di veicoli appartenenti a singoli

privati, enti pubblici, assicurazioni, concessionarie.

With the Touch we are able to know the lenght, the width

and the diagonal of 2 points, any points, even looking only

on the screen.

We can customize each single datasheet adding a maximum

of 50 points to the already existing ones (of the same model),

Il Touch oltre ad essere uno strumento veloce ed efficace

per la diagnosi dei veicoli, può essere utilizzato anche sui

banchi Spanesi e non (con l’ausilio di specifici adattatori)

per diagnosticare e riparare allo stesso tempo il danno.

Lo strumento, una volta fissato sul banco, senza cavi

che ostacolano il lavoro, ma solo tramite la connessione

Bluetooth visualizza nel computer i dati rilevati.

Con l’apposita funzione “follow me” il carrozziere “fissa”

la punta del Touch, tramite l’adattatore magnetico, vicino

alla parte danneggiata, e in questo modo lo strumento

visualizza in tempo reale le misure in lunghezza, larghezza

e altezza durante la fase di tiro.

Con la diversa colorazione (rosso fuori tolleranza e verde

dentro tolleranza) e con l’ausilio di suoni differenziati,

il carrozziere riesce a capire se il punto è stato riparato

correttamente o meno anche senza vedere il monitor.

Con la diagnosi del Touch possiamo risparmiare tempo

anche nella messa in dima del veicolo fissando solamente

i punti che effettivamente sono stati deformati dall’urto.

Per ogni punto, la diagnosi, indica i millimetri e la direzione

in cui tirare per riportare il punto alla misura originale.

The Touch software is not only a quick and affective tool for

the vehicles diagnosis, but it can be used also on Spanesi

benches (and not with the help of specific adapters) to

diagnose and repair at the same time the damage.

The tool, once fixed on the bench, without cables that

obstruct the job but only with the Bluetooth connection,

visualizes in the computer the data.

With the special function “follow me”, the body shop worker

fix the probe of the Touch with the magnetic adapter, near

to the damaged part, and in this way the tool visualizes in

real time the measures in length, width and height during

the pulling process.

With the different colors (red if out of tolerance and green

if in tolerance) and with the help of different sounds, the

body shop worker is able to understand if the point has

been repaired correctly or not, even without looking at the

screen.

With the diagnosis of the Touch we can save time even

during the fixing of the jigs on the vehicle, fixing only the

points that are truly deformed from the crash.

For each point, the diagnosis shows the millimeters and the

direction where to pull to take the point back to its original

measure.

all’occorrenza regolare l’assetto del veicolo direttamente

nel sollevatore o nel banco in possesso in pochi minuti.

Alla fine verrà rilasciata la stampa della scocca che assieme

a quella dell’ assetto sarà la garanzia di un lavoro ben fatto.

be documented on paper, and for this reason the diagnosis

when needed, regulate the wheels alignment directly on the

lift or on the bench in few minutes.
