No two days are the same and I can honestly say I learn something new every day, which makes my position uniquely enjoyable and interesting. My primary focus is on overall customer experience, opening new accounts, and referring clients to one of many specialists. Another main objective is to constantly deepen each client’s relationship with the bank. When sitting down with each and every client I pride myself in my consistent ability to be amicable, efficient, and professional. I hold a great deal of responsibility regarding customer’s financial information, and pride myself on my ability to keep all customers protected by abiding by Bank of America’s Code of Conduct. My Relationship Banker position is a phenomenal starting point within the Retail Banking industry. I firmly believe this position has endless possibilities and opportunities for growth in virtually any of the vast industries within Bank of America. My goal both personally and professionally has always been to be the most productive individual and teammate I can be in order to advance and grow. My current role as a Relationship Banker in the Financial Center is one of great versatility, knowledge, and skill. Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and constantly improve upon overall customer experience in the Financial Center

- Open, maintain, and service both consumer and small business deposit accountso Core checking, interest checking, interest tiered checking, regular savings, money

markets, trusts, guardianships, CDs, IRAs, safe deposit boxes- Open, maintain, and service both consumer and small business credit accounts

o Unsecured credit cards, partially secured credit cards, secured credit cards- Engage and converse with clients in order to discover and provide solutions to their top

financial priorities- Provide insight, recommendations, and advice for clients on their best financial options

regarding their retail banking- Connect clients to specialists who are best suited to fulfill the clients’ specific needs

through quality referrals

o Merrill Edge Financial Advisorso Mortgage Loan Officerso Small Business Bankerso Merchant Services Specialists

- Migrate clients from the teller line to the bank platform, mobile/online resources, and the ATM

- Conduct both domestic and international wire transfers- Examine legal documentation in order to assign Powers of Attorney and Guardianships- Issue debit cards- Order checks and deposit slips for customers- Maintain and ensure optimal efficiency of the overall Financial Center

He had $700 deposited to his account since last October. The BofA representative (I believe his name is Mr Curcio - or close) was very sensitive in advising me of what had happened. I was devastated to get the news and he was beyond appropriate in assessing how to work with me. This was particularly impressive because he is very young and displayed a sensitivity way beyond his years. You're very fortunate to have an employee this young displaying this level of maturity and competency. Please note that I've managed law firms (including the human resources function) for 35 years. I'm in the business of assessing employee performance and this young man excelled in handling a very awkward situation. He didn't miss a beat and I'm very grateful that he was the person who handled this difficult situation for me.
