codesREJECTION CRITERIA FOR CEN 4/2012

R1Applications received before the date of CEN and applications received after the

closing date of CEN.

R2 Passage not copied in the Information Sheet/copied in capital/block letters.

R3Application without signatures / signatures in capital letters / different type of

signatures at different places of the Application and Information Sheet.

R4Left thumb impression not affixed/blurred/smudged on the Application Form &

Information Sheet.

R5(M) (i) Certificate for date of birth i.e. Matric/High school exam or equivalent cert.

R5(Q) (ii) Educational and/or professional certificate

R5(C)(iii) Community Certificate for SC/ST/OBC including Self declaration for OBC (Non-

enclosure will mean that the candidate will be taken as UR)

R5(X) (iv) Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen candidates

R5(D) (v) Disability certificate for Persons with disabilities.

R5(E)(vi) Income certificate by Economically backward candidates for waiver of

examination fee,

R5 (Mn) (vii) Minority self declaration' by minority candidates for waiver of examination fee

R5 (L) (viii) Valid light/heavy driving license wherever required etc.

R5 (O)(ix) No Objection Certificate for Railway/Government/Public Sector Undertaking

Employees.

R5 (V)Self attested original vision certificate not enclosed/incomplete wherever required.

(Only for ASM & ALP categories).

R6Indian Postal Order/DD not enclosed or less fee enclosed or invalid IPO/DD i.e.,

IPO/DD purchased before date of issue of and after closing date of Centralised

Employment Notice.

R7 Identification marks column not filled up i.e., Blank

R8Do not possess the prescribed qualification for the post on the closing date of

application.

R9 Over-aged or under-aged or Date of Birth not filled or wrongly filled.

R10Double or multiple applications submitted for the same post/category/group in same

RRB.

R11Application without colour photo (or) photo with cap, wearing goggles, disfigured,unrecognizable or scanned or photostat copy.

R12 More than one application in single envelope.

R13 Candidate's name is figuring in the debarred list.

R14 Incomplete/illegible application.

R15 Application not in the prescribed format.

R16 Category/post not filled up or incorrectly filled.

R17 Application to be addressed to other RRBs./No vacancy in RRB, Bangalore

R18 Application filled in a language other than English/Hindi.

R19 Any other irregularities which are considered invalid by RRB.

R20For Category No.23: Candidates failing to enclose copy of Heavy Vehicle License

wherever required will not be considered for the Category.
