Dear <<First Name>>, Welcome to the December 2014 edition of the TEKTUM Newsletter. 2014 Reflecting the Year TEKTUM has had a great year in 2014. Commercialising new technologies is a business that requires an extra portion of convincing. After the successful prototyping of our unfolding technology in 2012 and the prototyping and installation of the cluster of 3 buildings for the federally funded Supported Accommodation Innovation Fund in 2013, 2014 was all about going into the market place. Early adopters have created the first private customer sales to Springwood and most recently 2 houses to Mayfield in Newcastle. With an ever-increasing pipeline, TEKTUM is looking to a very busy start of 2015. It is great to see how the implementation of many of the early design intentions is now filtering through manufacture, assembly and to the sites improving installation ease, time and quality. With a series of new products based on our SPACE2.0 building system, we have extended our product offering including childcare facilities, primary response clinics, hospitality products and more. TEKTUM also has received the commission to design a 500 square metre retreat in Kangaroo Valley based on our HOUSE2.0 system - a most interesting task as it includes the implementation of complete home automation and remote access and it will showcases our ability to deliver premium products. MEDIA EXPOSURE TEKTUM continues to garner coverage in specialist and mainstream media, with a recent article on prefab design in The Australian pointing to TEKTUM as a leader in the modular housing market, and a feature in Architecture and Design profiling the Bilgola project. Development of Scaffolding System The extremely steep site in Bilgola required a rethink to the work-site access for the installers to ensure worker's safety. Within avery short time-frame, the TEKTUM team designed andmanufactured a re-useable state-of-the-art scaffolding system.

That brings us to the end of a very busy year.
