1 REGULATION FOR THE EXHIBITION All exhibitors of EXPO EDIFICA 2019, to be held in Santiago de Chile, at the Espacio Riesco Events and Conventions Center from October 2 nd until 5 th 2019, must execute the space contract and subscribe to all the rules and regulations of the exhibition. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the exhibition may result in the cancellation of the right to exhibit. 1.- EXHIBITION GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. - PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION Any company can participate in the exhibition if it manufactures equipment, components, parts and accessories, or provides services related to construction and building materials industries. and overseen, via the corresponding Regional Ministerial Health Secretary (Seremi). Further information, www.asrm.cl Receptions on the exhibition site must be previously coordinated with the official supplier and will be held in the places designated for this purpose. According to the contract between the organizer and the exhibition site, the only official food supplier is Espacio Riesco therefore, exhibitors must specify their requirements through this company. The exhibition site management does NOT allow the entrance of external suppliers. 1.8. -SOUND AND LIGHTING EQUIPMENT If the exhibitor decides to install sound equipment, it cannot exceed 60 decibels measured from the edge of the stand. In all cases sound boxes must be installed within the boundary of the stand pointing inside it. In no case may they be more than 1,50m high. The lighting must be oriented only towards the interior of the respective stands, and it is forbidden for the lights to directly illuminate the public areas and adjoining spaces. It is suggested the use of low energy consumption and energy saving devices, lamps and bulbs. Considering that this type of lighting requires a lower installed energy power depending on the light intensity projected and developed for each project, which will reduce additional costs in the implementation. 1.9. -STOREROOM FOR EXHIBITORS A storeroom shall be available for exhibitors; however, due to space constraints its main use is for pamphlets or smaller objects. It will be available in the following schedule:

From September 28 until October 1 9:00 - 21:00 hrs.

2. - BOOTH OPTIONS AND HEIGHTS REGULATIONS OF THE EXHIBITION 2.1. -BASIC BOOTH The Basic Booth consist of an aluminum structure of 2.50 meters high, which contains panels of agglomerated wood type white melamine, the panels serve as a dividing element between the stands, and the interior height of the stand is 2.40 m under the lighting grill. On the front has a border with the name of the exhibitor (as specified in the form required in the Guide for the exhibitor available in January 2019) in a standard typeface indicated by the fair (it is not allowed to put other forms of typography, logos corporate or slogans). Inside, it has a gray carpet cover, which covers the entire surface of the stand. Each basic stand will receive 100 Watts of electrical supply per rented square meter, distributed in 3 spotlights of 100 Watts each, for stand of between 9 to 12 m2, for stand of between 15 to 18 m2, will be 4 spotlights of 100 W, for stand between 21 to 24 will be 5 spotlights of 100 W, for top stands, a spotlight is added for each additional 4 m2. The difference of available energy, which remains above the illumination, is delivered at a point, with an electrical outlet.

Regulation for basic booth Exhibitors must meet the following guidelines:

a) The dividing panels (panels of fabric covered aluminum, adjoining another stand) may not be painted or perforated. Any graphic element may only be attached to these with velcro tape or double sided sticking tape.

b) The stand top rim and the grid may not have external elements hung, pressed or attached to them. Everything must be self-supporting.

c) If the exhibitor needs to install graphic, visual, or other elements on the sides of the stand which for their weight or volume cannot be fixed with velcro tape, the exhibitor should install or construct their own self-supporting panels.

d) The electricity installation may not be altered by the exhibitor or contracted company. e) If an element exceeds 2.40 meters of height at any point of the stand, a request for the removal of the

grid should be made at least 15 days before the stand is received. f) The stand elements may not be disassembled directly by the exhibitors (profiles, stand top rim, lighting,

sockets, etc.), and they cannot be moved. Every modification must be requested to the organization.

Important: Any partial or total damage caused to the panels or the pavilion will be borne by the Exhibitor in the costs informed by FISA S.A.

Inside, it has a gray carpet cover, which covers the whole surface of the stand, a round black table with two chairs, a paper tray, three shelves, a white cabinet with divisions, and a storage room of 1m x 1m. 2.4. –OPEN AREA The organization of the exhibition will provide the exhibitors with an electrical panel with 50 W per rented square meter, which will be located in a single point of the stand. The internal distribution of energy is the responsibility of the exhibitor or the constructor of your stand. All the construction and decorations of the stand are in charge of the exhibitor. 2.4.1.- Regulations for the use of open area

a) The organization recommends exhibitors to request the production and assembly of their stand to a company approved for that purpose by the administration of the fair.

b) The Exhibitor's Guide contains a list of companies approved by FISA S.A. for the implementation of special projects.

c) If the exhibitors choose to use a firm not included in the list, the selected contractor must comply with all the internal regulations of FISA S.A. valid for contractors working in the fairgrounds.

d) The exhibitor or the exhibitor's designers must visit the place before executing the stand project. e) The organization is not responsible for elements that already exist in the area that could affect or

condition the design of the exhibition space (structural pillars, uneven floors, firefighting cabinets, recording chambers, drainage grids, etc)

f) The feasibility of access for prefabricated decoration elements or exhibited machinery not considered in the exhibitor's project must be verified.

g) The organization have design services and special projects production for exhibiting companies 2.5. -HEIGHTS AND DISTANCES These heights apply to any type of display elements. The equipment is exempt from height limits and it is not necessary to obtain an authorization from the modulation department. 2.5.1. -Height limits for interiors The maximum height for stands built by exhibitors is 5 meters (as long as the ceiling height of the showroom allows it). The maximum height of the exhibition stands that adjoins another exhibitor is 2.5 meters, unless the materials or the exhibition product are placed ½ meter from the adjacent stand. 2.5.2. -Outdoor height limits The maximum height of stands for stands built by the exhibitor in the outdoor exhibition areas is 6 meters. The multidirectional scaffolding can have a height of up to 10 meters. The maximum height of the exhibition stands that adjoins another exhibitor is 6 meters. It will not be allowed to install exhibition materials in the rear perimeter of the stand higher than 6 meters in the stands adjacent to other stands, unless there is at least 1 meter of separation between the neighboring exhibition and the exhibition materials. 2.5.3. -Exhibition stands that exceed the height limits A letter of authorization from the exhibitor or neighboring exhibitors is required to exceed the maximum permitted heights (2.50 meters indoors and 6 meters outdoors). The exhibitor requesting the height improvement and being authorized must perform a neutral finish (White or pearlescent gray) or the corporate color required by the affected exhibitor. It is strictly forbidden to place graphic elements in the perimeters of the stand oriented towards the neighboring stands. This letter of authorization must be attached to the project and sent via email to the Technical Area of FISA.

3. -PRESENTATION OF EXHIBITOR PLANT PLANS Exhibitors can choose to rent empty space and this does not include panels, signs, lighting grids or electrical outlets. All the construction and decorations of the stand are in charge of the exhibitor. The organizer will consider as a special project any empty space rented by an exhibitor. If the exhibitor rents a fully equipped stand that has modifications with respect to the basic stand or empty space, it will be assumed that the exhibitor will carry out the construction of the stand. The exhibitor can request that a company that is accredited by the organizer of the exhibition produce and assemble the exhibition. On the website of the program, you can find a list of companies approved by FISA S.A. for the realization of special projects. If the exhibitor chooses to employ a non-accredited company, the selected contractor must comply with all the internal regulations of FISA S.A. valid for contractors working in the fairgrounds. In accordance with the provisions of Circular 28 of the Metropolitan Intendancy, the Expo Edifica 2019 Organizer must present the event 20 business days before its completion, including the declaration of all temporary structures and facilities that will be part of this exhibition. That is why we ask our Exhibitors to present the documents for the approval of their project, before August 23rd (deadline). If you do not comply with what has been described, you must opt for a stand in a modular system that the organization will deliver in order to safeguard the standard of the Exhibition. Billing the exhibitor the cost that this involves. Below we detail the documents that you must send at the time of the presentation of your project: - Dimensioned plans and a 3D for better visualization. Respecting the rules of distance and maximum heights described in this document (Chapter 4.6). - Structures Certificate (Architect, Civil Constructor, or Engineer) Simple structures up to 2,50m. Without this document you cannot lift structures - Calculation Report (Architect, Civil Constructor, or Engineer) Complex structures. Without this document you cannot lift structures - Electrical map with the SEC entry certificate form TE1 (Installer Class A or B: Installation Type C2). Without this document you cannot lift structures - Send list with name, Rut/ID Number and mutual society to which the company or individuals are affiliated who attend to work at the fairgrounds. The documents should be sent via Online Form Nº 8, to be checked and approved, or alternatively attached to an e-mail sent to [email protected], before August 23rd. 3.1. – Elevated Structures If the exhibitors plan to have an exhibition of 2 floors or elevated structures, the following documentation / information should be provided:

1. Structural plans of the two-story project that will have access to exhibitors and visitors. This project must be designed by an architect.

2. Reports of calculations of the structures, signed by a calculating architect, engineer or civil constructor. Professionals with mention in structures.

3. Letter of responsibility, signed by the representative of the exhibiting company, in case of accidents or damages resulting from a partial or total collapse of structures.

4. Technical specifications of all components on display. 5. Copy of the title and identity card of the licensed professionals involved in the design and construction of

the stand (Licenses must be valid and carry the text diagonally. "EXCLUSIVE USE FOR CONEXPO 2019"). 6. Civil Liability insurance with a coverage of 2,000UF.

The approval of the project will be received as long as the technical requirements established in this document are fully respected. Once the project has been reviewed / approved, a digital approval stamp will be issued for each of the documents sent and these will be sent to the same email address from where the project documents were received.

FISA S.A. reserves the right to interpret the presentations of floor plans of projects under review / approval, and decisions must be accepted, without recourse to appeal.

Any difference between the approved plans and the assembly in place of the project will force the suspension of the assembly. Failure to comply with the requirements will force the closure of the stand.

Projects that comply with fully equipped stand configurations, without modifications to the structure that do not exceed the height limit and only have furniture and decorations, do not have to submit the project for approval.

4. -GENERAL RULES FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF THE STAND The exhibitors are responsible for the construction of the stand, assembly and general maintenance of their exhibition stand. The administration of the exhibition may require that the exhibitor modify the stand if it is found objectionable. The modifications required by the organizers will be paid by the exhibitor. Exhibitors or stand builders must plan a visit to the site before the end of the stand project. The administration of the exhibition does not assume any responsibility for structural pillars, irregular floors, etc., that may be on the stand of the exhibitor. The stand builders should design the stand around these elements. Any construction work must be approved by the Technical Area of FISA S.A. before starting construction and reserves the right to accept or reject the project and the work under construction that do not comply with the technical requirements established by the administration of the exhibition. The exhibitors should request letters of guarantee from the stand builders in charge of the construction of the exhibition stands that guarantee compliance with the dates for the assembly and dismantling of the exhibition stand.

4.1. -DESIGN OF THE EXHIBITON AND USE OF SPACE No part of a machine, product or exhibit piece may extend beyond the exhibition space limits assigned to the exhibitor. The only exception to this rule will be for tower cranes and fixed angle cranes with towers over 30 meters in height. Due to the nature of the arms, only these products will be authorized to extend beyond the assigned exhibition space of the exhibitor with the following guidelines:

1. Only at the point 30 meters high or higher can the arm begin to extend outside the exhibition area. 2. With a tower over 30 meters high, at least 50% of the arm must be within the limits of the assigned

exhibition space. 3. Exhibitors must report the space occupied by the machine that extends beyond the exhibition area,

including the height, length and position of the arm to the administration of the exhibition before August 23rd 2019.

4. Exhibitors must include a detailed plan for the operation of the machine in the event of strong winds or other environmental factors that require the arm to oscillate freely or be lowered.

5. Exhibitors in the exhibition areas affected by the arm will be notified by the administration of the exhibition of arm extensions in their stand.

6. The administration of the exhibition reserves the right to limit an exhibitor to place the arms of the crane outside the exhibition for safety reasons.

4.2. -SCHEDULES AND DELIVERY DATES 4.2.1. -Net area Area Delivery: September 26th, 2019 Working hours: from 9:00 to 21:00 hours Until October 1st from 9:00 to 18:00 hours

4.2.2. -Modular Booth and equipped Stand Delivery: September 29th, 2019 Working Hours: from 09:00 to 21:00 hours

The construction of stands, decoration, furnishing and placement of items on display must be completed at 18:00 hours on October 1, 2019. The stand builders will not be allowed to stand on the stand to complete the construction work on the opening day of the exhibition.

Failure to comply with this requirement or the absence of the exhibitor from your stand will entitle the fair administration to dispose of the stand as it deems appropriate, and the exhibitor will lose all rights and at the same time is obliged to make the payment according to the contract in force.

4.3. -EXHIBITOR BADGES Exhibitor shall submit on the appropriate form a list of staff who will attend the stand in order to obtain personal ID badges for access to the premises while the Fair is in progress. Badges will be delivered to Exhibitor prior to the commencement of the Fair, provided the required information is submitted by the date specified on the appropriate form (form nº 4) Badges shall be issued for the exclusive use of stand personnel.

4.4. -ASSEMBLY / DISMANTLING BADGES Exhibitors must provide a list of personnel who will enter to execute works on the assembly period, in order to provide a transferable credential for entry into the fairground. Credentials will be delivered to the exhibitor before the show starts. We request you carry out all coordination efforts, in order to send the staff list on the required deadlines (request the form to [email protected]. No one may enter the premises without such ID. Deadline to send the form: August 9th 2019. 4.5. -PLATFORMS Projects that include platforms or surfaces above ground level must have access ramps with non-slip surfaces for people with disabilities, with an inclination that does not exceed 12% and with a maximum length of 2 meters and a minimum width of 1, 2 meters directed towards the interior of the stand. For those projects with a length of less than 12 m2, the ramp may be independent of the structure of the platform, being installed only in the case that is required. 4.6. -HANGING OF POSTERS, LIGHTING, ETC. Exhibition materials attached to the stand, such as hanging lighting grilles, promotional balloons, flags, hanging signs, etc., must be detailed on the floor plan of the exhibitor and sent to the Modulation Department of FISA S.A. for your approval. Any item that is placed outside the limit of the stand contracted will be subject to be removed by personnel of the organization or billed as additional space acquired. 4.8. -WASTE REMOVAL All stands should have a small waste paper bin during the Fair. It is the responsibility of each exhibiting company to remove the remaining material, waste and waste resulting from the construction and assembly of the stand. The work area should always remain clean and clear. 4.9. -CARGO VEHICLES ACCESS It is important to note that the admission of heavy machinery and large equipment will be since September 26th. 4.10. -NON- CARGO VEHICLES ACCESS From September 29th, the access for non –cargo vehicles is not allowed. The organization has provided a general parking space, located in the east area of the fairground. 4.11. -GENERAL WORK NORMS FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF STANDS (INTERIOR EXHIBITIONS)

1. Construction work within the interior exhibition area is prohibited (ie. cutting of metal plates, welding, spray painting, etc.). All the parts and components of the project must be prefabricated and can only be assembled, retouched and furnished in the place.

2. No wires or other types of fixing are allowed on the panels, the exhibition facilities, the pavilion ceilings or the ceiling racks of the stands. It is forbidden to drill and apply glue to the floors and walls of stands and permanent buildings. All components on display must have independent support.

3. The perforation or anchoring of walls and floors within the pavilion is strictly prohibited. Each decorative element or exhibition must have an independent support.

4. The installation of carpets, platforms or other elements on the carpeting supplied by the fair will require authorization from the Technical Area of Fisa.

5. All stands must have a small paper bin during the exhibition. 4.12. -GENERAL RULES OF WORK FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF STANDS (OUTDOOR EXHIBITIONS) The construction or assembly of canvas roofs, tents and roofs designed to cover the stands of the open area, as well as towers, scaffolds or other types of exhibition materials built in the outdoor areas must have basic engineering plans that will be executed by a licensed engineering company. The plans must include all technical specifications related to the type of structure, materials, anchors, supports and covers. The technical drawings issued by an external company must be endorsed and approved by the technical team of FISA S.A., through its Modulation Department. Carps, awnings, umbrellas or any element that could be blown should be properly fastened to the ground if they are used in open areas. If the project requires the anchoring in the asphalt to hold it to the ground, the exhibitor must repair the damage and submit in writing to the organizer of the exhibition, the commitment to carry out the repairs at the end of the exhibition. It is mandatory for outdoor exhibitors to use appropriate channels and rain drains in one of the corners of the stand. These should be away from the stand and should never be directed to neighboring stands. 4.13. -RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR With all the above, the damages caused to third parties will be the exclusive responsibility of the exhibitor who has hired the work, and this will be established in a letter signed by the exhibitor and that will be attached to the rental contract. FISA S.A., through its Technical Area, reserves the right to accept or reject the project and the work carried out that do not comply with the technical requirements. The projects will be supervised in the enclosure during its assembly; the requirements described in this document will be applied, and the correspondence between the installations and the documents presented initially will be checked. If there are elements that are not indicated in the plans sent or if there are technical difficulties for the execution, defects in the materials, poor assembly of parts, etc., the work will stop until the situation is resolved in accordance with what the Department of Modulation indicates.

5.- GENERAL RULES FOR THE DISMANTLING OF THE STAND 5.1. - REMOVAL OF GOODS AND DISASSEMBLING OF STANDS During fair hours and for safety reasons, equipment and materials can ONLY be removed by hand on October 5 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The dismantling of the stands, the withdrawal of equipment and materials may begin on October 6 and 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on October 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The withdrawal of equipment and machinery on display only in uncovered areas is from 17:00 hrs. October 5th until 00:00 on October 6th in continuous opening hours. The organizers of the fair request that exhibitors respect all schedules and deadlines for disarming. All equipment, constructions, posters and other items that have not been removed at the end of the dismantling period of the fair will be available to the organizer of the fair. The organizer of the fair can dispose of them as he considers appropriate without obligation to reimburse the exhibitor, and the exhibitor will lose all the rights over these elements. In addition, the organizer of the fair has the right to charge the exhibitor the costs incurred in the event of disassembly, demolition, removal, transportation, freight, etc. All equipment and exhibition materials that are displayed in the exhibition stand is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor, who must take all necessary safety precautions to avoid the loss of these elements. 5.2. - DOCUMENTATION FOR THE REMOVAL OF GOODS The exhibitors must have approved the form of REGISTRATION OF ENTRY AND WITHDRAWAL OF MERCHANDISE OF THE FAIRGROUND and a copy of the bill of lading or of the invoice, and the customs documents for the temporary entry. For merchandise in temporary entry to the country, the exhibitor must present a permit from the customs office that authorizes the change of address of the registered merchandise. For national and / or nationalized merchandise, only the internal income and exit control form is used. If you do not have this document, you can request / complete a new form that will be authorized by the pavilion manager. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH EXHIBITOR, TO REMOVE THE REMAINING MATERIAL, THE WASTE AND THE WASTE RESULTING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION AND ARMING OF THE STAND. THE WORK AREA MUST ALWAYS REMAIN CLEAN AND CLEAR.

6.- SECURITY, PROTECTION AND INSURANCE All reasonable precautions will be taken to protect the property during periods of installation, exposure and dismantling. However, neither the fair organizer nor the service contractors are responsible for the security of the exhibitors' property for theft, fire, accident, vandalism or other causes. The organizer of the fair recommends that the exhibitors make special arrangements with the official security contractor for the additional protection of their stands. Exhibitors who contract additional security require authorization from the FISA S.A. Office of Operations before the fair.

6.1. - SUPERVISION OF THE EXHIBITION ENCLOSURE The staff of FISA S.A. will supervise the work carried out in the exhibition site during the periods of assembly and disarming. In addition, FISA will ensure that exhibitors comply with all rules and regulations of the exhibition. In the periods of assembly and disassembly, exhibitors must have copies of the approved plans and the documents that contain the digital seal of approval issued by FISA S.A. at the exhibition stand. 6.2. - INSURANCE POLICY FOR THEFT OR LOSSES Exhibitors and / or producers must have an insurance policy for theft or loss that covers the transfer, assembly and use of equipment and installations in the assembly, during the exhibition and dismantling of the stand. Companies that rent LCD screens, LEDs, OLED laptops or other equipment should ask insurance providers to cover all electronic elements on lease. It is recommended to use security elements such as support, padlocks or other fixing devices to avoid losses of the aforementioned equipment. 6.3. - SECURITY REQUIREMENTS 6.3.1. - Smoke It is strictly PROHIBITED TO SMOKE in indoor exhibition areas or in areas where combustible and flammable materials are found. 6.3.2. - Fire extinguishers Each exhibition stand must have a fire extinguisher A, B, C of at least 2 kg per 9 square meters of exhibition area. These must be placed in a visible area and duly marked on the stand during the assembly, exhibition and dismantling period. 6.4. - PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS During the assembly and dismantling work, all material must remain within the boundaries of the respective stands and the corridors of the pavilion must be maintained unobstructed. For the safety of the personnel involved in the assembly and disassembly, the use of safety elements such as footwear, helmets, goggles, gloves, etc., is mandatory. Work at heights should consider the Work Standards and Height Hung. The necessary elements must be used for this type of work such as harnesses, lifeline, etc. Compliance with this regulation will be supervised by the expert in risk prevention of FISA, who will have the power to stop the works, in case this regulation is not complied with.

a) In the first place, a call will be made to the worker and he will notify in writing the Head of the Work or person in charge of the Assembly of the project and who in turn represents the exhibitor.

b) Second, apply a 1UF fine. For each worker who has reiterated the lack, with the provisions of this Regulation.

c) Thirdly, to proceed with the withdrawal of the credentials of the workers involved who have reiterated the lack or faults, who will be prevented from continuing to perform functions inside the premises where the exposure of the sanctioned worker is carried out and will have to abandon the premises.

During the armed and disarmed periods, the Organizer may restrict entry to those who do not comply with safety regulations. 6.5.- ELECTRICAL AND ENERGY USE Any alteration to the electrical equipment delivered by FISA must be supported by an electrical project approved and executed by a professional competent in electricity (Class A or B) and entered into the SEC as a temporary installation type C2 (according to NChElec, 4/2016).

Any alteration in the electrical installations provided by the Organizer must be previously approved by the FISA Technical Area. It is recommended that exhibitors consider the use of light bulbs, lamps, etc. Low power consumption for your lighting systems in order to save energy and costs. Each project in the electricity plan must indicate the type of lighting that will be used, this plan will be approved by the Technical Area and verified by the electrical professionals of the organization in the field. 6.6. - USE OF HELLO INFLATED BALLOONS The use of promotional elements inflated with helium (Globes) must have the written authorization of the Organization of the exhibition. For approval, the following documents must be attached to the stand project:

1. Mini project which must contain Materials, Technical sheets of gases to be used (dangerous or flammable gases are not authorized.) Security measures implemented for the installation of these elements

2. Letter of responsibility of the exhibiting company in the case of damages or accidents caused by the installation of this type of advertising elements.

6.7. - USE OF INCANDESCENT TOOLS The use of incandescent tools (welding equipment, blowtorch, grinders, etc.) is prohibited. 6.8. - PEDESTRIAN FOOTBRIDGES AND EXIT DOORS At no time will blocking of pedestrian walkways or exit doors be permitted.

7.- COMPLEMENTARY BOOTH REGULATIONS 7.1. -SUBLEASING Exhibitors may not assign or sublease any part or the whole of the display space or advertising rights under contract, except for special cases duly authorized by the Fair. 7.2. -SALES No sales are allowed while the Fair is in progress. Exhibitors shall display services or capital goods without conducting any form of transaction. Nor may any such goods be materially delivered to other organizations or individuals while the Fair is in progress. Any goods, gifts, food, etc. to be consumed, handed out free of charge, or sold by Exhibitor during the Fair for immediate delivery to, or consumption by, the public, shall be admitted to the premises after payment of customs duties and taxes as the case may be. Notwithstanding, an exception to this rule is provided under item 3c above, regarding promotion materials and raw materials required for demonstration of exhibited machinery in operation. Food and drink may be provided only at locations specifically authorized by the Fair for such purpose. 7.3.- CUSTOMS, TAX, AND MUNICIPAL PROVISIONS Exhibitors are bound to comply with all applicable customs and tax provisions in effect. Exhibitors wishing to know details of temporary admission procedures, taxes applicable to Exhibitors residing abroad, or how to obtain a municipal license for sale and immediate delivery of goods may apply to Official Shipper.

Municipal License: All Exhibitors selling goods or rendering services to the public during the Fair must obtain a municipal license for commercial activities. To obtain permission from the Town Council, you must show your RUT (ID number) and the copy of the lease contract with the fair. The payment is cash, in advance, at the Town Hall which corresponds to the area where the fair is taking place. 7.4.- CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY

a) Exhibitor shall take all necessary steps to prevent accidents and other damages from the time of taking possession of a stand to the time of relinquishing it.

b) The Fair is not liable for theft, pilfering, and defects, damages, or claims affecting or liable to affect Exhibitors and their staff, individuals, the public, goods or any other object located or remaining in pavilions, stands, fair ground, or fair parking lots, owing to emergencies, natural, or accidental causes

c) Exhibitors shall be responsible for extending insurance policies or hire new ones covering risks related to the transportation of equipment, machinery, merchandise and goods in general from and to the fair as well as the period the equipment will be in the exhibition site. Companies renting LCD screen, plasma screen, notebook or other equipment shall request providers for insurance policies for every component, equipment and pieces. Likewise, security elements such as support, locks or other fastening and securing devices shall be required for the assembly of the aforementioned equipment.

d) Exhibitors or Lessees shall be liable for all damages, thefts, pilfering, and other claims affecting individuals and goods located in the leased stands and fair ground, if due to the Exhibitor action, Exhibitor’s staff or third parties connected or related in any way with Exhibitor, or caused by objects belonging to, or held by Exhibitor.

e) Should a problem arise between the Exhibitor and FISA S.A. with reference to the application, interpretation, fulfilment or lack of fulfilment, or termination of the rental contract and of this ruling which is an appendix to it, or for any other reason, this problem will be resolved by an arbitrator, who is a non-legal adjudicator of equal rights to both parties, without recourse to a trial, and on one sole occasion, with both parties renouncing any further demands. The arbitrator will be appointed by both parties to common agreement. Should such agreement not be reached, the arbitrator will be appointed as indicated by the Arbitration Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and the arbitration proceedings established by said center will prevail.

f) Only agreements in writing between Exhibitors and organizers shall be valid. 7.5.- FAIR CANCELLATION Fair management reserves the right to cancel the Fair in exceptional circumstances or in the event if greater force, change fairground location or Fair dates and hours, selection of the public, content of seminars, and type of services, or other features of the Fair as it sees fit. In such event, Exhibitor is not entitled to cancel any lease or to demand compensation for possible damages.
