The general public willing to reserve fancy registration numbers shall be required to submit bids in a closed envelope containing duly filled in form with photograph, copy of identity card, Demand draft in favour of “The Revenue Officer, Transport Department, Port Blair” at the rate of fee as specified above or higher.

05. For single bidder for any fancy number and the highest bidder, the Order for allotment shall be issued by 4.00 PM on the same day.
06. For Multiple bidders quoting same amount for any fancy number, a list of all such bidders will be displayed in front of the fancy registration counter, M.V.Section on the same day by 4.00 PM.
