OBJECTIVES

SONOGRAPHERS: ESP’s programs serve sonographers, echocardiographers, technologists, and mammographers preparing for ultrasound boards exams. Our seminars provide continuing education credits for exam prerequisites and currently credentialed professionals. They are also directed towards those sonographers wishing to enhance their understanding of the theory and practice of diagnostic ultrasound.

PHYSICIANS: practicing radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology, phlebology, emergency medicine, cardiac anesthesiology, and Ob/Gyn will benefit from our programs. Physicians earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ while preparing for board exams that are administered by the ARDMS and National Board of Echocardiography.

ESP’s Musculoskeletal Program serves sonographers, orthopedists, chiropractic medicine, sports medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, rheumatology, athletic training, emergency medicine, podiatry and more.

Each course has been awarded a maximum of 12 SDMS CME credits on an hour-for-hour basis. These hours are accepted by ARDMS, CCI and the ARRT as Category A credit. Those attending both morning and afternoon courses earn up to 24 hours of credit.

All ESP courses are also approved by the State of Florida, Office of Radiation Control for CME credit. Each course also meets the criteria for contact hours of Type II CME credit for Texas registered nurses.

Maximum attendance limits have been established. Register early, enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Some 2018 seminars sold out, and unfortunately, we couldn’t accept latecomers!

On-site and late registrations subject to a $50 late fee.

When you attend seminars in two different cities in 2019, you may deduct $50 from the tuition of the second seminar. The tuition of each seminar must exceed $200. You must register for the 2nd seminar via email, mail or fax. To apply discount online contact office prior to registering.

Refunds are available, less a $50 administrative fee, for written cancellation received at our office three weeks prior to the original seminar selected. Refunds less than three weeks before the start of the original seminar selected are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds are available for non-attendance or for cancellation received in our office less than ten days before the start of the original seminar selected.

Attendees may transfer tuitions to another program within the calendar year without a cancellation fee.

A bound volume of extensive seminar notes will be distributed at the seminar. These books are protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced in any manner or by any means without permission in writing from ESP Ultrasound. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying or public presentation of this material will constitute an infringement of copyright.

You may audio record our seminars. We expect that these recordings are limited to your personal use and are erased after passing your exam. You must refrain from using electric outlets that are located in the meeting rooms.

Video recording and/or photography during our seminars is forbidden. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be removed from class for the remainder of the seminar and the recording device will be confiscated.
