We know how difficult it is for our studio partners to plan for the future with all the uncertainty in our industry and in our country. ASH will be holding all of our events. And here’s how we are going to do it!

ASH is planning to hold all events, in person, for our 10th Anniversary Season. Since your safety is our top priority, we have taken great measures in coordina>on with all of our venues to keep you healthy and happy while in person at our events. Our Safety Guidelines can be found by clicking HERE

We know that some studios and some individuals may not feel comfortable taking conven>on classes in person but s>ll want to par>cipate in the Performance Showcase. All of our events will now have a virtual op>on for conven>on classes. This will allow a dancer or studio to par>cipate from their hotel room or studio and s>ll arrive at the venue, in person, to par>cipate in the Performance Showcase.

Studios can select to convert their registra>on fees to “ASH on the GO!” ASH will come to your studio and host an in-studio conven>on just for your students where you will receive conven>on classes taught by ASH Faculty, receive cri>ques on your rou>nes, and audi>on for scholarships and awards. 10TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR REGISTRATION GUIDELINESDue to social distancing guidelines, we can only allow a limited number of dancers in each level at upcoming events. We encourage registering as early as possible and keeping in <ght communica<on with the ASH office as your plans come together. Amanda Sayles, our Client Rela<ons Manager, has made the en<re month of August available to communicate with studio owners and staff to answer any safety ques<ons and help you with your registra<on so that we can work together to reimagine the landscape of our new industry. Being in communica<on with you allows us to bring you the most organized and transforma<ve experience possible at ASH while keeping your safety and health at the top of our priori<es. REFUND POLICY FOR 2020/2021 SEASON (Valid 9/1/20 - 7/31/21)

• If the event is held and a dancer cannot alend because they were diagnosed with COVID-19, you must no>fy the ASH Office via email at info@ashproduc>ons.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event and provide a valid posi>ve test result. Upon receipt of the posi>ve test result, ASH will provide a full refund.

• If the event is cancelled due to CDC, local, state, or federal government mandates, your registra>on will automa>cally be moved to the full virtual op>on and the remaining balance of your fees will automa>cally be refunded to you within 14 business days at the conclusion of the event. If you choose not to par>cipate in the full virtual op>on, you must email info@ashproduc>ons.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event and request a full refund which will be provided within 14 business days at the conclusion of the event.

• Unless ASH is forced to cancel due to CDC, local, state, or federal government mandates, ASH will not provide a refund under any circumstance.

• If the event is held and a dancer cannot alend due to injury or illness (COVID-19 excluded), you must contact the ASH Office at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. ASH will issue a credit statement to be used up to one year from the date of issue for conven>on and/or performance showcase fees provided the dancer submits a doctor’s note within 30 days via email to info@ashproduc>ons.com.

All credits and/or refunds will be issued to the registra5on account owner.
