The Evaluation Committee appointed by the Minister of Transport and Road Infrastructure (MTRI) no. 8 of 06.02.2015 present as follow: Chairman of the Committee:

After publication of Invitation for Expression of Interest, 29 Expressions of Interest were submitted before the deadline of 9th of March, 2015, 5:00 PM. During the evaluation process the Consultants who accumulated the highest score based on the evaluation criteria were short-listed and invited to submit their proposals in accordance with Request for Proposals issued.

Thus, the following Consultants were included on the short list:

1. Louis Berger (France); 2. IRD Engineering Srl (Italy); 3. Egis International (France) in association with Egis Romania (Romania);

4. Aecom Ingenieria Srl. (Romania) in association with Aecom Inocsa S.L.U. (Spain) Aecom LLC (Russia) and Aecom EXP Russia Limited Branch Office in the Republic of Azerbaijan together with the Safege (France);

5. Spea Ingegneria Europea S.p.A. (Italy) in association with TECNIC Consulting Engineering Romania (Romania) and TECNIC Consulting Engineers S.p.A. (Italy);

The company name of Spea Ingegneria Europea S.p.A. (Italy), from the association with TECNIC Consulting Engineering Romania (Romania) and TECNIC Consulting Engineers S.p.A. (Italy), has been changed to Spea Engineering SPA (Italy). Proposals are submitted as required by the documents in 'Request for Proposals', namely: a) Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes, sealed; b) Technical Proposals are submitted in original and three copies and one electronic copy (CD); c) All pages of the Technical Proposal are sealed by the authorized person.

EVALUATION COMMITTEE HAS DECIDED:

1. To accept all the Proposals received in order to be evaluated;

3. The results of the evaluation shall be reflected by the evaluation committee in the Technical Proposals Evaluation Report, which shall be presented to the Committee for the approval;

4. Financial Proposals sealed will be delivered to Mr. Polisciuc Serghei for the storage.
