Welcome to Juvenescence Summer Camp

Thank you for choosing Juvenescence. We are proud to offer families creative camps where chil-

dren can explore their interests through play and recreation. Our fully licensed Out of School Care

Programs strive to offer smaller group sizes and creative staff certified in Early Child Education, First

Aid/CPR with completed Police Record Checks. Children are encouraged to share their ideas to add

to the summer fun. Camps are a great way to meet new friends and explore all the fun Calgary has

to offer. Join us for a summer full of sun, fun, friends and adventure.

Every week of summer involves

• Swimming/water play

• Variety of field trips

Each week will have an exciting theme to add variety to each week’s activities. Children will also

have opportunity to participate in sports, dance, science, cooking and photography.

Camp Clarifications

Once you have submitted your online camp registration, your child is registered in the

camps you have selected.

• If a camp you register for is full, you will be contacted within 48 hours to let you know

that the camp is full and what your options are.

• After the cancellation date has passed, we will contact families and let them know if

there has been a change to their registration

Calaway passes will be sent home with the Camp Confirmation & Invoice Packages

To ensure each participants safety, due to COVID-19 some of our planned field trips may

need to be adjusted closer to the date of trip.

Hawaiian Hullabaloo

Aloha and welcome to the island! Nothing feels like summer quite like

sandy beaches and crystal clear wa-ter. Come and experience some Ha-waiian traditions like grass skirt danc-ing and a fun in the sun. Don't forget

your sunblock!

Express Yourself Do you have a child who likes to dance, to put on a show or make their

own videos? This is the camp for them! This week will allow the chil-dren to do some dancing, put on a show or create a movie that they can

show.

Start your sum-mer off right with a fun filled week of chal-lenges that will pit our campers against their leaders! Highlights will include minute to win it challenges, a water balloon toss and of course bragging rights for the win-ning team.

Around The World Have a case of the travel bug? Be sure to pack your little one's passport as

we embark on our trip around the world! Learning all about different cul-tures and festivities from different

countries. Let's go on an African Safa-ri or become gladiators in Rome.

Amazing Race:

Juvenescence Edition

Grab a friend for this competition to win it all. Teams will compete in games through-out the week in a race against each other to win the grand prize. Each camper will receive an adventure survival kit and will take part in a Scavenger Hunt. Join us this week and show us what you're made of!

We will be making a trip to Hogwarts to mix up some potions. We will be di-ve into aeronautics and outer space. Learn all about plants and bugs this week as we embark on an adventure through gardening.

Up—Cyclers This is a week for campers to get very

creative and learn all about using recy-cled materials! They will come home with new projects that they create from

their own imaginative minds, and knowledge on how to use different ma-terials for different projects. It will be a great week for children to be chal-

lenged to think outside the box.

Finish the last week of Summer Camp right with our Colour Wars. A colourful explosion of competition and

challenges. Teams will be made and will decide on a team color? Which team will be as bright as a rainbow

and which team will fade to black and white?

Splash

Come ready with sun-

screen, bath-ing suits and towels to enjoy a week in the water. There will be a lot of wa-

ter-based games and activities which all kids will love. Join us for a week of watery fun. Splish Splash your way through mid summer with us!!

Sports All Stars This week lets get together to let all our energy out into any sport you can think of!! We’ll make teams, have hud-dles, and have a blast playing soccer,

hockey and much, much more. You will learn different skills for the sports, teamwork and most importantly, lets

not forget to have FUN!!!!!

Wanted . . . It’s the most wonderful time of the year … Stampede in style with a week filled with fun old west activities like line danc-ing, making their very own wanted poster, and pool noo-dle horse racing.

Payments: Cancellations & Refunds:

Automatic Withdrawal with PAD Form or Cheques Post—Dated for July 2nd & August 4th. All NSF payments will be subject to a $50.00 fee. Subsidy available for those requiring financial aid. www.child.alberta.ca/home/1153.cfm May 15th is the last day to make changes to camps and still receive a refund. All changes to camp registration must be COMMUNICATED IN WRITING. Changes received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions will be made for medical reasons and are at the Director’s discretion.
