In 2004 we have synthesized carbon quantum dots and understood its fluorescence.
We applied positively charged carbon dots (CDs) for mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) labeling under the skin of mice.
Highly sensitive and reliable nanothermometer based on photoluminescence lifetime thermal sensing (independent of concentration, size, or geometry of a probe).
