I was enrolled in the Information Science of Library Management course that began on the same date. This letter is to request a full refund for my intake fee of Ringgit Malaysia 743.00. According to the refund policies of the university written the Student Manual, a full refund will be granted if the student withdraws from the course within six weeks from the beginning of the course. As you can see from the enclosed withdrawal slip, I am within that limit. The reason I am forced to withdraw from this course is because I got an offer from University of Malaya for second intake session 2015/2016 and I know that you know that at this unstable economic seasons money is quite important and I believe you can understand me . Request A Full Refund For My Intake Fee Of Ringgit Malaysia 743.00

Dear Sirs, I am supposed to register my first semester at Universiti Teknologi MARA Puncak

Perdana Campus on 1 September 2015. I was enrolled in the Information Science of Library Management course that began on the same date. This letter is to request a full refund for my intake fee of Ringgit Malaysia 743.00. 

According to the refund policies of the university written the Student Manual, a full refund will be granted if the student withdraws from the course within six weeks from the beginning of the course. As you can see from the enclosed withdrawal slip, I am within that limit. 

The reason I am forced to withdraw from this course is because I got an offer from University of Malaya for second intake session 2015/2016 and I know that you know that at this unstable economic seasons money is quite important and I believe you can understand me .

This is my Bank Islam account number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, I guaranted if you check at your system you’ll find my transaction at 19 August 2015. For your reference I’ll fax the copy of the bill at your office. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I will look forward to receiving the full refund.
