According to the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols further identifies categories and rules of the use of emblem (Article 23).
Additionally, in terms of the use of emblem, the Amendment explicitly indicates its prohibited categories and stresses the duties of the local governments to protect the emblem and name of Red Cross (Article 26 and 27).

10.In the Amendment, it adds a chapter of legal obligations, which clearly identifies several categories of conducts that shall assume legal obligations, including:
★Illegal possession of or misappropriate money and goods from donations (Article 37)
★Abuses of emblem and name of Red Cross (Article 38)
★Organizing activities in faking name of Red Cross (Article 40)
★illegal possession of or misappropriate funds and property of Red Cross Society(Article 39).
★At the same time, it demonstrates that Red Cross Societies have the right to appeal with respect to violation of the use of Red Cross emblem and its name (Article 39).
