2014 Shuler Student Ensemble 1 | P age Matt Alea Matt Alea is a Hightower Trail 6th grader who first caught the acting bug in 3rd grade while playing Winthrop in Tritt Elementary’s production of The Music Man. Other school performances include Curly in Oklahoma!, the lead in Winnie the Pooh, & LeFou in Beauty & the Beast. At Act3 Productions, Matt appeared in his first adult production as the Newsboy in Jekyll & Hyde, The Musical and earned a Metro Atlanta Theater (MAT) Youth in a Musical Award at the age of 11. He also won first place in Act3’s ShowStoppers Talent Search & enjoyed playing Flounder in The Little Mermaid & the lead in Winnie the Pooh at Act3. Matt most recently appeared as Gavroche in Cobb County Center for Performing Arts at Pebblebrook’s production of Les Miserables. Sharing the stage with so many talented high school students was his favorite and most unforgettable role. Matt’s next adventure is the part of Iago in Blake Cooper’s production of Aladdin. In June, he will play the role of Nathan in the Marietta Players’ production of The Full Monty which is also a MAT Awards Fundraiser. When not on stage, Matt enjoys playing tennis, Skyrim, Legend of Zelda, & the cello. Aerial Austin Aerial Austin is a senior at Rabun County High School in Tiger, GA. Amanda Austin is a senior at Liberty County High School in Hinesville, Georgia. Amanda is a member of her high school’s National Honor Society and also a member of its Relay For Life: Paws for a Cause team. She is the president of her high schools Art Club and the Production manager of the Drama Club for its production of The Wizard of Oz. Her theatre credits include: Guys and Dolls (crew), The Importance of Being Earnest (stage manager/costume manager), Curtains (Ensemble/costume manager), The Taming of the Shrew (Grumella), and The Wizard of Oz (Tree #3/Ozian women #1/Chorus/Production Manager). Amanda has been to the Georgia One Act regional competition for The Importance of Being Earnest and The Taming of the Shrew. Her schools Drama club will be attending the Armstrong One Act competition for The Taming of the Shrew this spring. Amanda plans to study production management and photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design this fall. Thank you to my parents for supporting me in my pursuit of my dreams and thank you to Mr. Collins, Sarah, John, and the drama mama for helping me to get here.

Bailey Barker Bailey Baker is a sophomore at Rabun Gap Nacoochee School in Rabun County, GA. She appeared as Little Bit/Lizbette in Anne Frank and Me and Bridgette Seldon in Flowers for Algernon with the PAC Youth Theater program in Highlands, NC. At Rabun Gap, Bailey was part of the ensembles in both Women of Lockerbie and Urinetown, and she played the role of a Dwarf in Cirque: Ened Kemen. She has also participated as a singer in Rabun Gap’s one act play, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, and as Annie in Annie at the Highlands Playhouse in NC.

Dominique Bell Dominique Bell is a junior at Chattahoochee High School. She is a part of Chattahoochee’s Thespian Society, and recently attended the 2014 Georgia Thespian Conference in Columbus, Georgia. Throughout middle school, Dominique had minor singing and dancing roles in numerous plays; however after landing her first lead theatre role in 2011, playing the Genie in Aladdin, she knew that acting was her passion. This year, she made an appearance as a featuring Pink Lady (Ensemble) in Chattahoochee’s production of Grease. Along with her acting, Dominique has over 12 years of dance experience, and she is eagerly ready to perform with fellow ensemble members this year at the Shuler Hensley Awards. Special thanks to Ms. Jenny Blevins and Ms. Jan Jenson for giving Dominique this amazing opportunity.

Maggie Berry Maggie Berry is a junior at Eastside High School where her first school production took place last fall; she was a Cheerleader ensemble member for the East High Wildcats from Disney’s High School Musical. Maggie is now preparing for the musical production of Seussical Jr. In this production, Maggie holds several parts including Specialty Dancer. In addition to being an active member in Eastside’s theatrical program she has also been a part of the Varsity Competition cheerleading squad since her freshman year. She will be leading her team as the only returning senior this fall.

Taylor Brown Taylor Brown is a senior at Roswell High School. Taylor is a member of the Roswell High School Chorus, Wrestling Team and the Kabila Club. While being at Roswell, Taylor has performed in Hairspray and Thoroughly Modern Millie. As a member of the Chorus, Taylor has performed at The University of Alabama. Taylor plans to continue his education after High School and study international business and French. Thank you to my parents and my choral director Mr. Timothy Spraggins for helping me become a better singer.

Emily Buff Emily Buff is a senior at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, GA. She is an avid dancer and is a member of the Centre Stage Honors Theatre program. Emily has been participating in Landmark shows since the 10th grade. Her favorite roles include Jo March (Little Women) and Olive Drab (A Fabulous 40s Christmas Radio Hour). This year Emily choreographer and performed in Hairspray, in which she played Brenda. She would like to thank Sims Lamason for teaching by example the past two years and Shea Johnson for encouraging and supporting her in all of her endeavors.

Alex Burnette Alex Burnette is a senior at Hillgrove High school, where he serves as the President for the Drama Department and Thespian Troupe 7190, and has been seen in productions such as Aida (Radames), Moon Over Buffalo (George), To Kill a Mockingbird (Jem), Twelve Angry Men (Juror #7), You Can't Take It With You (Paul), Hairspray (Corny), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Oberon), Into the Woods (The Wolf/Cinderella's Prince), and recently The Real Inspector Hound, for which he won an All-Star cast award in the role of Simon at One-Act Play competition, as well as performing at GA Thespian Conference. Alex has also been seen as Peter in Jesus Christ Superstar at Next Stage Theatre Co., and Roger in RENT at the Savannah Summer Theatre Institute, for which he studied with Tony-Nominee Will Chase. Alex has attended GA All-State Chorus for 3 consecutive years and participated in an internship in puppetry at the Center for Puppetry Arts, along with singing with the Macy's All-Star Holiday choir with Megan Hilty (2013). Alex plans to study Musical Theatre at Marymount Manhattan

Patricia Clark Patricia is a senior at Salem High school. She played Varsity Softball for three years. She has also been a part of the winter guard team. Chorus and theatre are Patricia's two main focuses. Patricia has been in many advanced choruses such as Atlanta's Young Singers of Callanwolde, advanced mixed choir, Chamber choir, and advanced woman's choir. She has been a part of musical theatre for two years. Some of her theatre credits are as followed : In The Heights(Abuela Claudia), Chicago(Matron Mama Morton), Once on this Island(Asaka) ,Cinderella(Fairy Godmother), Nunsense(Sister Mary Amnesia). Patricia would like to thank Lenae Rose for being an amazing director and for the fantastic experience.

Mikensley Clayton Mikensley Clayton is a junior at White County High School in Cleveland, Georgia. She enjoys performing and loves being involved with the drama program. Mikensley's previous roles include Disciple in the musical Godspell and Snail in the musical Frog and Toad. Mikensley plays The Witch in White County's production of Into the Woods. She would like to thank her director, Mr Talton, for introducing her to theatre and also her parents for supporting everything she does.

Semaj Cottle Semaj Cottle is a 16 year old, first year theatre student in the Fine Arts Magnet Theatre Program at Mt. Zion High School. Semaj enjoys acting, singing and dancing. Although he also enjoys working backstage he prefers to be center stage and in the spotlight. Some of his performing credits include his work in various MZHS showcases, and performances. Semaj made his musical theatre debut as the “Wolf” in Shrek the Musical. He said this role allowed him to be free and glamorous. He is the Big, Bad, Wolf!

Erin Dallman Erin Dallmann (18 years old) is a senior at Chapel Hill High School. She is student director at her church and aids in the beginner’s chorus class. Since beginning high school she has participated in Beauty and the Beast (Bookseller), The Wiz (ensemble), Grease (Jan) and Pippin (Berthe). She would like to thank her teacher Mrs. Violet Martin for pushing her to be the best she can be and for the support from her friends and family.

Bishop Dancy Bishop Dancy is a senior at Greenbrier High School in Evans, GA. He has been a member of Show Choir all four years of high school and has been acting for his last two years. His Theatre credits include: All Shook Up (Jim), Leading Ladies (Doc), White Christmas (Ezekiel), and Oklahoma! (Ike Skidmore). He would like to thank his amazing director, Mr. Hansen for the amazing experience and for selecting him to be part of the Shuler Awards.

Alexandra Doxey Alexandra Doxey is a junior at Greenbrier High School in Evans, Georgia, where she is a member of the Thespian Society, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Beta Club. Dancing since the age of three, she is currently a senior company member with the Columbia County Ballet. Her stage credits include Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey II Dancer), Peter Pan (Indian, Pirate), All Shook Up (Dance Ensemble), Nutcracker (Snow, Spanish, Waltz), Roar of Love (Maiden), and most recently Oklahoma! (Dance Ensemble). Alexandra would like to thank her family and many arts instructors for fueling her passion and supporting her dreams!

Elizabeth Drake Elizabeth Drake is a sophomore at Harlem High School. She is a member of the Harlem High School Thespian Society, and recently appeared on stage in Harlem High School’s spring musical The Wedding Singer as Linda, Randi, Tina Turner Impersonator, and 1st Suit. In addition to The Wedding Singer, Elizabeth has also appeared in A Charlie Brown Christmas as Sally, Changing Minds as a member of the ensemble, and The Chronicles of Jane: Book Seven as Ensemble Member #5. She would like to thank her director, Dylan G Bollinger, choreographer Nathan Lubeck, Musical Director Anita Thomas, her parents, and sister for all their love and support.

Jordan Duke Jordan Duke is a junior at West Forsyth High School. She is a dedicated member of Studio West Productions, National Thespian Society, and the West Forsyth High School 'Gold Rush' Dance Team. Jordan began dancing when she was 3 years old and continues her dance education at Cumming Dance Academy. Jordan began theater in the 6th grade, and has hasn't left the stage since. She would like to thank her mother, father, two sisters, and her wonderful director, Mr. Gray, for helping her blossom into the performer she is today. Julia Durst Julia Durst is a sophomore at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. She is a part of the Broadway Enthusiasts Anonymous club, a Global Citizenship Program, and has recently been inducted into the French National Honor Society. Last year she was fortunate enough to be able to perform at the Shuler Awards as a cast member of a Best Production nominee and is thrilled to be returning as part of the ensemble! Her most recent theatre credits include: Once Upon a Mattress (Ensemble), Our Town (Multiple roles), Curtains (Jessica Crashaw/ensemble), and The Tempest (Antonio). She would like to send massive love to her theatre family for making every show incredible and hilarious to be a part of!

Victoria Esposito Victoria Esposito is a junior at Cambridge High School in Alpharetta, GA. She is a member of Thespian Society, National English Honor Society, BETA and MD Junior. She has loved the theater since the age of six years old and has been participating in it ever since. Her theater credits include: Godspell (Robin), Our Town (Mrs. Gibbs), The Bottom of The Lake (Lindsay), Annie (Drake) and many more. She has an obsession with fairy-tales and hopes to one day be a Disney princess. She would like to have everyone always remember: You have as many Oscars as Leonardo DiCaprio. Keep dreaming.

Amanda Frothingham Amanda Frothingham is a senior at CCCEPA at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton Georgia. She is a member of National Honor Society, and captain of ComPAny 2014, the elite performing group at Pebblebrook. Theater credits include: Les Miserables (ensemble), Almost Maine (Marci), A Midsummer Nights Dream (Hermia), Crazy For You (ensemble), Amadeus (Constanze), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (ensemble), and Hairspray (Brenda). Amanda attended the performing arts project summer intensive in 2012, Governors Honors Program as a dance major in the summer of 2013, and The Rockettes Summer Intensive also in the summer of 2013. She has performed at multiple venues including a performance with Chubby Checker, and the Macy's Holiday Tree Lighting at Lenox Square. She plans to major in dance performance in college and eventually

become a Radio City Rockette. Thanks to my beautiful parents, sister, and teachers at Pebblebrook who have supported my aspirations of performance through my high school career.

Claire Gaddis Claire Gaddis is a junior at Johns Creek High School. She has been a part of musicals since 6th grade, and she is still very involved. Claire has performed in 3 musicals at Johns Creek. She played in Garrett.... Aida (Nubian), Crazy For You (Irene) and Once Upon A Mattress (Lady Mabelle). She would like to thank her Director Mrs. Prost and her Musical Director Mrs. Fossum for allowing her to enjoy this incredible experience.

Olivia George Olivia George is a senior at Lassiter High School in Marietta, GA. She is the President of the Lassiter Thespian Society, and member of the FCA and NHS. She is also a former church choir singer, as well as jazz dancer at Rhythm Dance and currently plays the flute and ukulele. Theatre credits include: Cinderella (Queen), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Ensemble), Zombie Prom (Toffee's Mom/Ensemble) and Hairspray (Matron/Principal/Nicest Kid/Ensemble). Olivia plans to study Chemistry and Forensic Science and Technology in college. Special thanks to Mom, Dad, Brian, Guinn, Crandall, and most importantly, God for blessing me with gifts to share with the world.

Carter Gravitt Carter Gravitt is a sophomore at Wesleyan School in Norcross, GA. Carter participates in the theatre program at Wesleyan year-round and also runs cross-country in the fall. Outside of school, Carter participates in his local Younglife group and plays basketball. Theatre credits at Wesleyan School include: Annie (Rooster), Fiddler on the Roof (Mendel), The Good Doctor (Sailor and Navy), Into the Woods (Rapunzel’s Prince), and Witness for the Prosecution (Dr. Wyatt). Mary Halpin Mary Kate Halpin is a senior at Buford High School and is thrilled to be working with the cast of the Shuler Ensemble! Participating in both Musical Theatre and Drama, her past roles include: Helena in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, Little Sally in URINETOWN, the Sugar Plum Fairy in SHREK, featured soloist and member of the ensemble in LES MISERABLES, and the Maid, Reporter and Cloud Dancer in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE. In college, Mary Kate plans to earn a BFA degree in Musical Theatre. She wishes to express her deep appreciation to her Mom and Dad, her High School Director, Mrs. Kimberly Staples, and her family and friends. Without their love and support, she knows her dream of a career in Musical Theatre would not be possible.

Willis Hao Willis Hao is a sophomore at Chattahoochee High School. This is his first year in any drama class, yet has danced his entire life. He has recently been in Grease, his first musical, and could not be more excited for the future. He would like to thank Ms. Jensen and Ms. Blevins for the amazing opportunities they have given him and could not be happier.

Franziska Harms Franziska is a senior at Starr's Mill High School. Her favorite high school credits include Urinetown (Little Sally), Zombie Prom (Ginger), and Almost, Maine (Gayle). She made top 10 in the 2012 Miss Starr's Mill Pageant and is Vice President of the school's all girl acapella group "An Octave Above". She is the chairman for thespian troupe 6412, has attended Thespian Conference all four years, and ran for State Thespian Officer in 2013. She hopes to pursue musical theatre after high school and is so excited to be part of the incredible Shuler ensemble.

Jordan Harris Jordan Harris is a sophomore at Lambert High School, in Forsyth County. Jordan is heavily involved in the theatre program at Lambert, and enjoys performing more than anything in the world! Some of her theatre credits include: 13 The Musical (Patrice), Bye Bye Birdie (Helen), Moon Over Buffalo (Tech Crew), and Jimmy The Antichrist (Denise). Being able to perform at The Shuler Hensley Awards is such an honor for Jordan, and she would like to thank everyone who has been so encouraging. She gives special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Wason, Mrs. Houser, her friends, family, and most importantly her dog!

Ben Hepburn Ben Hepburn is a junior at Milton High School in Milton, GA. Ben has pursued theatre since he was little, performing in shows and competition troupes with companies such as Off Broadway Dance Theater, RISPA, and the Fox Theater in Atlanta. Now, he is fully involved in the theatre program at Milton, where he is a member of the Milton High School Thespian Society, and where he has performed in competition pieces and full stage productions. Ben’s theatre credentials include: Monty Python’s Spamalot (Ensemble), Into the Woods (Baker), Mulan Jr. (Qian Po), and The Drowsy Chaperone (Ensemble). Ben would like to thank his parents, his theatre instructors Mrs. Denney and Mr. Smith, and his vocal instructor Mr. Bowers for supporting him in his passion.

Jenai Howard Jenai Howard is a rising senior musical theater conservatory student in the Tri-Cities High School Visual and Performing Arts Magnet in East Point, GA. In addition to film and stage credits since she was 7, while a student at TCHS, Jenai has been fortunate to perform in the 1st high school production of The Color Purple, Chicago and now, Dreamgirls (JoAnn/Ensemble) nominated for 14 awards this year at the Shulers. She thanks her parents and her family for all of their support, as well as, Mr. Connor, her director, Ms. Axam, choreographer and Ms. Christian, musical director for being such gifted and encouraging teachers.

Grace Hubby Grace Hubby is a junior at Roswell High School. She has been a member of the Chamber Choir for two years and is the Vice President of the RHS Glee Club. Grace participated in Roswell's production of Les Miserables as a member of the ensemble. She played Mrs. Meers in Roswell's production of Thoroughly Modern Millie this year. Grace would like to thank all of those who have supported her musical aspirations and is ecstatic about this opportunity to perform in such a prestigious event.

Hayun Jang Hayun Jang is senior at the Langston Hughes High school in Fairburn, GA. Hayun attended many other activities such as chess club, Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association, and etc. His theater credits include Spamalot (ensemble and chorus), Spamalot shorter cut down version, Peter Pan (Mr. Darling), I'll be Home for Christmas (Dr. Bae), Little Shop of Horrors (Mr. Mushnik), Jack and the Beanstalk (peddler). He plans to study theater in the future to fulfill his dreams. Thank you very much to my sister, cousin, parents, and theater directors. He was honored to learn his acting skills from especially Mrs. Berg and Mrs. VanWagner, his two best teachers and directors.

Aleesia Johnson Aleesia Johnson is a theatre student at Mount Zion High School. She just recently finished her role(s) as teen Fiona and White Rabbit in Shrek the Musical. She is a member of her high school's Show Choir and also a member of the Thespian Society. She has also played the role as Maureen Peal in the play The Bluest Eye and a storyteller in the musical Once on This Island. She is also a member and the Secretary of the Fine Arts Drama Club at her school. She is now the bookholder for her Theatre Program's Senior Showcase and she's been chosen to be a part of many of the pieces in the showcase as well.

Ellie Klarl Ellie Klarl is a Junior at Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Ga. Ellie is a member of the Key Club, Beta Club, math team, Mu Alpha Theta Math Society, marching band color guard, and tennis team and maintains a 4.0 GPA. She has performed in many musicals, such as Annie, The Jungle Book, High School Musical, Tiny Thumbelina, and Snow White, Footloose, Hairspray, Copacabana, and Once Upon a Mattress. Thank you to my mom and my wonderful directors this year!

Connor Kocks Conner Kocks is a junior at Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, GA. Conner is a member of Alpharetta's Thespian Society, Speech Team, and Swim Team. Theatre credits include: Scapin (Gendarme), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Dan Schwartz), Almost, Maine (Steve), Hairspray (Wilbur Turnblad), Jimmy the Anti-Christ (Jimmy), Masterpiece (Orange), Harvey (Elwood P. Dowd), and The Pajama Game (Vernon Hines). Conner plans to study stage or film acting in college. I'd like to thank my parents for supporting my dreams, and Mr. Gay for recognizing my potential and giving me the chance to express myself by doing what I love.

Kenneth Laser Kenneth Laster is a sophomore at the Walker School in Marietta, Ga. He is a member of Thespian troupe 6768, Student Diversity Leadership Program, Boy's Acapella and Show Choir. He's been acting for some time and his High school credits are: You Can't Take it With You as Boris Kolenkhov, Grease as Vice Fontaine and ensemble, and The Miser as Count Anselme. Abigail Lawson Abigail Lawson is a Freshman at Trinity Christian School in Sharpsburg, GA. She is a member of the Ladies Ensemble and participates in the Trinity Productions and Newnan Theatre Company Productions. Her Theatre credits include: Willy Wonka (Charlie Buckett), Alice in Wonderland(Alice), and Beauty and the Beast (Babette). She is grateful for the talents the Lord has given her, and she wants to thank her incredible directors Ms. Vinson and Ms. Sherwood for helping her grow as a performer and encouraging her along the way. Alexis Lewis Alexis Lewis is a Sophomore at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School. There she participates in all theater productions, is a student leader for their nationally acclaimed Cirque program, and is a member of the Gap Dancers, an auditioned dance class. Stage credits include, Smile (Cookie), Urinetown (Ensemble), The Drowsy Chaperone (Ensemble), Caucasian Chalk Circle (Dancer), Women of Lockerbie (Dancer), Cirque Ened Kemen, and Cirque Miwitu. Tess Luman Tess Luman is so excited to have this chance to perform for all of you who came to see the Shuler Hensley Awards! She is a sophomore at Cambridge High School, and has been performing for 10 years. Her favorite school roles have been the title role in Antigone, Mrs. Webb in Our Town, and Lily in Annie. Michael Maggiore

Michael Maggiore is a sophomore at Mount Paran Christian School. Michael has appeared in The Tempest, mpFX13, The 39 Steps, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He enjoys participating in gymnastics, hanging out with friends, and riding rollercoasters. Michael attends Watermarke Church and is the son of Jill Maggiore.

Justin Mathews Justin Mathews is a freshman at Buford High School in Buford, GA. He is a member of Buford’s Thespian Troop 2971, Belle Cante Chorus, and Literary Team. Theatre credits include: The Mikado (Nanki-poo), Fiddler on the Roof (Motel), Urinetown (Tiny Tom), Seussical (Featured Ensemble), & Shrek the Musical (Pinocchio). Justin is a member of the "Play on Players" acting troupe, who recently won the highest honor of outstanding performance at the National MTI/Disney Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta. He plans to study musical theatre and communication in college. Justin is honored to be a student of Mrs. Kimberly Staples and he thanks his mother and father for their guidance and support.

Paige McCauley Paige McCauley is a junior at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, Georgia. Paige was selected to be in her school's Chamber Singers and Praise Band, All-State Chorus, and she was a Landmark Talent Show first place winner. Paige has been actively involved in community and professional theatre since the age of five. Her credits include Hairspray (Velma), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Miss Dorothy), Oklahoma! (Laurey), Into the Woods (Little Red), Taste of the Season at the Alliance Theatre (Dorothy), Children's Letters to God at the Legacy Theatre (Joanna)(Suzi Bass Awards nominee), and Sound of Music at the Fabulous Fox Theatre (Nun). She plans to study music in college and already can be seen all over the Atlanta area regularly performing with her band or as a singer/songwriter. Jerrell Melton Jerrell Melton III, is a senior at Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone GA. He is a member of the International Thespian Society, and participates in every musical at Sandy Creek. Rocco Misite Rocco Misite is a junior at North Paulding High School in Dallas, GA. He's honored to be part of this year's Shuler ensemble. Earlier this year, he played Marcellus Washburn in his school's version of The Music Man. He's also a member of his school's Student Government, National Honor Society, Men's Chorus, and Green Team. Donovan Moore Donovan J. Moore is a sophomore currently attending Langston Hughes High School. He previously attended Pebblebrook High School where he was part of a preforming arts magnet for a year and a half. He has been in one musical entitled Start the Show and three dance performances. He plans to use his next two years in high school fine tuning his talents and getting a degree in acting once he goes to college.

Taylor Moss Taylor Moss is a senior at The Walker School. She was a part of her first musical, Grease, this year as a chorus member. She loves being a part of Bella Armonia (chorus), The Barrettes (girls acappello), and Show Choir. Outside of school she enjoys babysitting her two youngest siblings and playing with her puppy, Frodo. Taylor would like to thank her family and friends for dealing with her crazy schedule the last few months and for supporting her through the entire show. She would especially like to thank Mrs. Arjona and Mrs. Walker for their help during the show, and Hunter Robertson for supporting me and being my number one fan with everything I do.

Kara Murawski Kara is a senior at Hillgrove High School in Powder Springs, GA. She has been doing theatre since the age of 8, and is honored to be a part of the Shuler Ensemble. Shannon Murphy Shannon Murphy is a junior at Pope High School where she is the proud student leader of Troupe #4448. She has a passion for the stage and hopes to one day attend the Juilliard School of the Arts. Meredith Myers Meredith Myers is a senior at Lambert High School in Suwanee, GA. Meredith is president of the Acting Troupe of Lambert, and has participated in twelve of their productions. Some of her favorites include Bye Bye Birdie (Ursula Merkle), Moon Over Buffalo (Roz Hay), Legally Blonde (Vivienne Kensington), and Little Women (Meg March). Victoria Perez Victoria Perez is a Senior at North Paulding High School. She has participated in the drama and chorus program since she was in the 3rd grade. While in high school Victoria has been in SGA, her acapella group The Treblemakers, her Show Choir The Dynamics, and she is also the Vice President of her Thespian Society. Victoria has also participated in many plays such as Beauty and the Beast Jr. (Silly Girl), Once Upon A Mattress (Winnifred), and in The Music Man (Zaneeta). Christian Reinhardt Christian Reinhardt is a senior at Lakeview Academy. He is a member of Lakeview's Thespian Troupe 3630, Varsity Soccer Team, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and Chorale. This is Christian's second year in the Shuler Ensemble, and he could not have done it without the support and guidance from his amazing directors Mrs. Cece Conrath and Mrs. Alli Lingenfelter. Eliza Renner Eliza Renner is a senior at Grady High School in Atlanta. Eliza is a National Honor Thespian, Peer Leader and member of the Speech and Debate Team. Austyn Rich Austyn Rich is a junior at Pebblebrook High School in Mabelton, GA. Austyn is a member and captain of ComPAny 2014 at Pebblebrook High School. Theatre credits include: Hairspray (Ensemble), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Ensemble), Crazy For You (Billy the Kid), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey II - Puppeteer) and Les Miserables (Jean Prouvaire). Austyn has choreographed a piece for the National High School Dance Festival entitled Oblivion. Cori Rogers Cori Rogers is a junior at Eastside High School. Her first production at Eastside was Footloose in January 2013 where she was a Dance Captain and acted in the ensemble. Her second production was Disney’s High School Musical in November of 2013; She was Dance Captain, ensemble and a Cheerleader. Cori is now working on the musical production of Seussical Jr as a Wickersham. Cori has cheered all 3 years at Eastside High School and this is her second year in Drama Club.

Taylor Rowell Taylor Rowell is a Senior at Starr’s Mill High School in Peachtree City, GA. He has participated in theatre all four years of high school under director, David Spearman, and is a Thespian board member this year as well as a student intern. Brooke Rucker Brooke Rucker is a senior at Woodland High School. She is the dance captain of the school's elite musical theatre group CATS, President of the Woodland Thespian Society, as well as treasurer of the National Honors Society and on the leadership of the community service club Wildcats for Kids. Emily Russ Emily Russ is a senior at the Atlanta Girls' School in Atlanta, GA. She is a founding member of the school's acappella group, Category 5, and the current president of the local Junior Classical League chapter. Emily dances at the Atlanta Ballet, sings in her church choir, and has taken piano lessons for eleven years. Theatre credits include The Sound of Music (Brigitta), Beauty and the Beast (The Wardrobe), and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Marcy Parks). Emily has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Alliance Theatre Summer Drama Day Camps for the past two summers, and plans to study theatre and visual arts at Emory in the fall.

Gabriel Sanchez My name is Gabriel Sanchez and I am a junior at Walton High School. I started my drama “career” in 5th grade, with the musical Willy Wonka Jr.(Candy Kid), and I have loved it ever since. Since the 5th grade, I’ve done Back to the 80’s (Nerd), Aristocats (Napoleon), Growing Up: a Revue (Linus), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Robin Starveling), Annie Get Your Gun (Running Deer), and Into the Woods (Cinderella’s Father). I’ve never been concerned whether I get a lead role or ensemble, I just love being on stage. Outside of theatre, I play soccer and love

Jenna Scherz Jenna Scherz is a senior at Riverwood International Charter School in Atlanta, Ga. Jenna is the president of Riverwood's Thespian Society, president of Riverwood's BETA club, on student government, and a student representative on the Governance Council. Theatre credits include: Anatomy of Gray (Ensemble), Les Miserables (Ensemble), Blithe Spirit (Edith), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Leaf's Mom), Rumors (Clare), and Almost Maine (Sandrine). Nicole Schlabach Nicole Schlabach, a senior at Lassiter High School, has had a passion for Theatre ever since the age of six when she played Piglet in Winnie the Pooh. Morgan Shields Morgan Shields is a sophomore at Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, GA. Morgan takes singing lessons from Keleen Rae Vocal Studio and competes as a member of her high school’s speech team. Nathan Sidey Nathan Sidey is a senior at Rabun County High School in Tiger, GA. He has been a member of the Encore Vocal Ensemble, performs with Musical Theater and has been involved in every other facet of the Fine Arts Department. Beginning as a junior, Nathan played in Once Upon A Mattress (Wizard) and he will be in Bye Bye Birdie (Mr. Johnson) this spring. Nathan was also Audrey II in the production of Little Shop of Horrors. Hannah Skelton Hannah Skelton is a junior at White County High School. Owen Smith Owen Claire Smith is a freshman at Milton High School. Riley Smith attends North Hall High School and is heavily involved as the vice president of troupe 6025. Alima Sore’ Alima Sore’ is a Senior at Riverwood International Charter School. She is a member of the Riverwood Troupe Thespian Society. She is a Student Body Officer and the President of her school’s Invisible Children. She is also the Vice-President of the Riverwood Choral Department. She has participated in numerous shows at Riverwood. Alister Sore’ Alister Soré is a junior at Johns Creek High School in Johns Creek, Georgia. He is a member of the Johns Creek chorus program, Voices, and has been an active performer in two musicals at Johns Creek and Newtown High School. His theatre credits include How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying as an executive ensemble and pirate dance ensemble member, as well as Once Upon a Mattress in the part of Sir Studley. Kelly Tansey Kelly Tansey is a Sophomore at Etowah High School in Woodstock, GA. She is a member of the Choral Committee and participates in most Etowah Shows. in addition to taking piano and voice lessons and playing guitar. Julia Truelove also plays lead tenor saxophone and sings lead vocals in the North Hall High School Jazz Band. Julia plans to double major in vocal performance and musical theatre in college and hopes to pursue a career in theatre,

Kari Twyman Kari Twyman is senior at Etowah High School in Woodstock, GA. She has been focusing on her training in dance the past 11 years; however, she recently started pursuing her new profound love for theatre. Kari has been seen in several productions including Legally Blonde: The Musical (Serena), The Drowsy Chaperone (Ganster #1), and Shrek the Musical (Dragon/Fairy God Mother). Kari’s is most proud of working with the professional Earl Smith Strand Theatre in Marietta Square in their productions of Footloose the Musical, A Christmas Tradition, and A Pick-Up Truck Revue. She plans on attending Brenau University in the fall; majoring in either dance or musical theatre. Kari gives all the glory to God and a huge thank you to her encouraging parents and supportive friends.

Brandon Ward Brandon Ward is a sophomore at Alan C. Pope High School, he is a member of Pope High School's Troupe #4448 Thespian Society and is also involved in the schools choir. His theater credits include: Attention Detention (actor), Cyrano and Roxanne (Costume Crew), and The Sound of Music (Actor and Crew). He plans to study English and Performing Arts for Vocals. Georgia Whitehead is a sophomore at Lakeview Academy in Gainesville, GA. Georgia is a member of her thespian troupe as well as the interact club and varsity cheerleading. She has participated in five high school shows including Guys and Dolls (hot box dancer) and The Wedding Singer (Holly). She is excited to be participating in the Shuler Hensley Ensemble for the second year in a row and would like to congratulate everyone in the show! Sydney Wilke Sydney Wilke is a junior at the Atlanta International School. Sydney takes acting, singing and dancing classes outside of school as well as is an active participant in her school's theatre department. Theatre credits include Oliver! (Fagin's gang), Aladdin (Genie), Beauty and the Beast (pumpkin seller/plate), Avenue Q (Lucy), You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Freida). She plans to study graphic design and film & media studies in college. Thank you to everyone who has believed in me!

Ethan Williams Ethan Williams is a 10th grader at Trinity Christian School and hasn't been part of theatre very long, but had loved every second of it. His first shows were done at East Coweta High School's ECHOStage. The next year took him to a smaller stage with Trinity's drama club where he's played in a few original plays at a small scale, but that all changed when he was accepted into Beauty and the Beast as Lumiere. This has been his first large production, but he hopes to do more amazing things in theatre. He would like to thank his parents for always driving me everywhere, no matter how far or busy they are. He would also like to thank Ms. Vinson for selecting him to be a part of this incredible awards show.

Morgan Williams Morgan Williams is a Junior at Mount Paran Christian in Kennesaw, GA. She participates in most of the Mount Paran shows. Her Theatre credits include: My Fair Lady (ensemble), Midsummer

Night's Dream(fairy), and she has been in the Mount Paran showchoir, MPFX, for three years. In Mount Paran Christian's production of Fiddler on the Roof she was a part of the ensemble. She would like to thank her amazing directors, Mrs. Fitz, Mrs. Brague, and Mrs. Duncan for the amazing experience.

Colleen Wood Colleen Wood is a Junior at Allatoona High the School. She plays violin in the orchestra, she's an officer of Beta Club and is apart of the Thespian Society. Theatre Credits include: Beauty and the Beast (ensemble), Hello Dolly!(ensemble), The Dinning Room(Annie, Winkie and Emily), The Boys Next Door (Sheila) and The Wizard of Oz (ensemble). She wants to thank her family and friends for supporting and Mrs. Kemp for all the opportunities she has given her!

Abby Wright Abby Wright is no stranger to the stage. She has been appearing in front of audiences since the age of 3. Over the last few years Abby has had lead roles in the productions of both Oklahoma! and Cinderella, and played the star role of Ariel in The Little Mermaid. Now, as a freshman at Calhoun High School in Calhoun, GA, Abby has more recently had roles or appeared in To Kill a Mockingbird, Sweeney Todd and The Drowsy Chaperone, which received the coveted State Title at the GHSA One-Act Play Competition in November 2013. This summer, Abby will spend two weeks at a musical theatre intensive program held at Oklahoma City University, where she will work with renowned faculty and staff that has produced Broadway sensations and Tony winners such as Kristen Chenoweth and Kelli O'Hara. Upon graduation, Abby plans to further her education by pursuing a college degree in Musical Theatre. Abby is an active member of Calhoun High School’s Thespian troupe and chorus program. She loves to play the guitar and ukulele, and is a gifted pianist as well. Abby is thrilled to be a part of the performance ensemble for the Shuler Hensley Awards this year, and would like to thank her parents for their unwavering support and dedication to helping her dream become a reality.

Kade Wright is a freshman attending Calhoun High School in Calhoun, GA. He is a part of the musical Theatre troupe offered at Calhoun High. He and his troupe recently won a state championship with their one-act musical The Drowsy Chaperone. He has also participated in talent showcases, in which he loves to present his dancing abilities. Theatre credits include: Sweeney Todd (Ensemble) To Kill A Mockingbird (Jem) The Drowsy Chaperone (Ensemble) Annie (Rooster) Into the Woods (Ensemble) Alice in Wonderland (White Rabbit) along with numerous church and community theatre performances. Kade has no idea where he wants to attend college yet, but does know he wants to pursue "the arts" in the future to come. As of now he says he is just doing what he loves. I would like to thank my parents, my sister, my directors, and my wonderful troupe who are the prime example of what a family really is. You guys truly crush it!

James Young James Young is a sophomore at Tri-Cities High School in East Point, GA. James is a member of the Performing Arts Magnet Drama/Musical Theatre program at Tri-Cities. He is a member of the Youth For Christ choir at his church, and volunteers at All The Drama, an after school/summer program for elementary and middle school students. Theatre credits include: Chicago (Amos), Almost Maine (Lendall), Dreamgirls (Ensemble). James is a 2014 Governor's Honors State Finalist in theatre performance.
