He has proven to be a very competent person with excellent project planning. He is able to grasp new and complex issues quickly and independently. He is a committed, focused and analytical person. His fluent knowledge of the English language and his broad knowledge of various software programs and IT concepts contributed to the success ofhis projects. Mr Badlishah took on adjusting to a new and different culture as a challenge. He showed keen interest in the various multi-national cultures and was respectful to each of their differences.
