I have known Aaron in a variety of capacities for over 2 years. I have a tremendous amount of respect for his ability to teach young people how to be successful on and off the court. His diligence and commitment to the game of basketball sets him apart from all other candidates. Aaron is a strong technical coach who has an undying passion for the game. He has the resource base, personality and work ethic to be a terrific coach in your program. Perhaps the quality most impressive about Aaron is his relentless commitment towards the individual development of his players as athletes and people. His willingness to sacrifice time and effort for his players will enable his program to excel beyond all expectations. He brings a work ethic that will be contagious to his players and the hard work that is always a precursor for success will be done in a positive competitive learning environment. Aaron has a way of relating to players in a positive way while still maintaining his role as disciplinarian, teacher and leader. He truly epitomizes a holistic approach to coaching in which he sets high standards and demands excellence from his players on and off the court. This is reflected not just in what he says but also in how he acts. He is a tremendous role model for young athletes who will positively represent your program. As the leader of your basketball program Aaron would be outstanding since he has an incredible amount of experience to draw from.
