eight years Aaron has worked with me as a head JV and assistant Varsity boys basketball coach

at Tuscola High School.

Aaron did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during his

tenure with the basketball program. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is

extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job

gets done. During his tenure with Tuscola High School basketball, Aaron was responsible for

the entire JV boys basketball program. He organized and instructed practices, communicated

with players and parents, and was in charge of the eligibility of the players.

Aaron was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the

players, employers, and community members.. He would be an asset to any employer and I

recommend him for any position available.
