mainly to bring attention to digital citizenship

in education.

boards, videos, comments and blogs. There you can

discuss issues, share videos and experiences

through out the project.

Having the knowledge needed in order to act

responsibly and appropriately while using

technology.

In order to become a digital citizen there certain

elements that on should fallow.

technology, and the knowledge to

know when and how to use

technology. Its being able to read and

understand media, and use it

appropriately.

5. Digital Etiquette:- everyone has the

right to express themselves, Digital

etiquette is all about understanding

peoples points of view and respecting

them. Its about the code of behavior that

technology users are expected to act.

6. Digital rights and responsibilities is all about

understanding that as technology users we are all

fortunate enough to poses certain privileges and

freedoms, and understanding the expected behavior

code in which we as technology users must go by.

7. digital laws:- like mentioned before everybody on

the net has certain freedoms, basically digital law is

all about the legal restrictions and limitation that

people on the net or using technology should stick to.

For example not downloading pirated movies or

songs.

8. digital health and welfare:- mainly this element

focuses on the emotional and physical state of those

using technology, this element priorities are

maintaining those states.

Examples of unhealthy use of technology:- texting

while driving, cyber-bulling, repetitive strain injury.

electronic selling and buying of goods. It’s the way

people make money on the internet, examples of

these sites include; ebay.com, amazon.com and

many more.
