in 2004. The scheme you see today was selected as the winning entry.
Our Architectural philosophy has been to respond to the uniqueness of this
site and the unrivalled quality of this location in a confident modern way that
reflects and complements our local heritage.
Our Design Approach was to create a terraced form of development where every view and aspect
was optimised by the careful placing of floor levels across the site.
This has created 3 individual buildings each stepping down towards the ocean. Within each of
these, the levels are further stepped across the buildings which creates an intimacy of scale and
individuality within the residences and apartments.
We have coupled this approach with a bold modern aesthetic and O’Kane & Devine’s desire to use the
