    Outlook for July

    The Redondo Beach real estate market recorded promising stats for the month of June as evidence ofthe 15.4% increase in the median sales price, a 20.7% jump in the sales/ listing ratio, and a 16% drop inthe months of inventory. Although total sales, median days to sell, and active listings trended slightlynegative the numbers from a month-to-month perspective were marginal at best, especially whencompared to the $109,550 bump in the median sales price.

    What is my forecast for July? you ask. Considering the aforementioned, including all graphical data

    contained herein, I suspect buyer and seller interest and activity to remain quite aggressive, if notimprove. After all mortgage money is extremely cheap, relatively speaking, so it would becounterintuitive to assume a contrary outcome. That said, are you ready to list your property? Howabout buy a new home?
