Redline’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on June 25, 2014, at the offices of Stikeman Elliott LLP, 53rd Floor, 5300 Commerce Court West, 199 Bay St., Toronto, Ontario at 10:00 a.m. with the following results: > The consolidated financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2013, together with the auditors’ report thereon; > Directors of the corporation were elected; > Auditors were appointed and the directors were authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors; > Amendments to the Corporation’s 2007 Stock Option Plan to increase the number of available options were approved.
