The taste of food is very important but there must also be a warm, festive

ambiance, a simple décor that gives the feeling of freshness, crispness and cleanliness to complete the whole

customer service experience.


In today’s school budget climate, there is a constant struggle to decrease spending and at many times the school cafeteria and

kitchen is overlooked.

So where do you start?


The Kitchen

Creating a positive work environment


Be sure you have the proper tools you need to complete your job.
