about the program • In fact, Dalian is developed city, so we

are not straight facing to the so poor children or people like India or Africa, it is just regarding health development in urban area. As the urbanization in China, citizens are confronted to plenty of health problems. Therefore, “Red Wings” is founded to resolve these social issues in a youth perspective.

Program Manager Words

• This term, our theme is "Red Wings -- happy life", i have thought about how our program can really make sense and impact in the city, so i went to search for the recent problems in the city now. about health, it's about body health and mental health, so what we want to do is to use the short term to teach people some useful skills to keep body health and give them some shock to pay attention to mental health. In nowadays, how can we get the happiness, so it's about training and teaching, trainee must well- prepared to read and learn some real health knowledge both in body and mental before they come. and also we will give they some training about psychology by professional tutor. Also i am learning too, i read about the book < HAPPIER: Finding Pleasure, Meaning and Life's Ultimate Currency> by Tal Ben-shahar, i will take part in some brainstorm,

Dear EPs of RW EP family:

• because i hope through the whole program, all of people who take part in it including the trainee, volunteer, homestay, buddy, my member, myself, not mention the citizens, can have a better understanding about healthy and happy lifestyle and make some change in the daily life as well. and the trainee i want must really want to do some exchange, not just a traveling or culture shock in China, they must be willing to involve in our program and play hard, work harder all the time. i am a Manager of Trainee Experience in NST, so i am really caring about the quality, However, trainee XP are not limited from above. In weekends we have some Chinese cultural and historical events (e.g. City tour, tea culture), some sharing workshop to contact with different people and other trainees.

• I believe it will be a life-changed experience for u, the city and us!

to promote their sense of protecting health, sense of HIV,and also you can make culture communication with them, learn a full current Culture of China.

• NO.2 Be a teacher in primary school to help the children • in physical and mental problems,the only thing you need to

do is play with them and give them a view of the world • with your effort.
