Portugal The Fora da Lei (Outlaw) range is produced from tradi�onal Douro Valley grape varie�es grown on our own estates, located at Santa Marta de Penaguião (Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro Valley). Wine: Fora da Lei (The Outlaw) Style: Douro . DOC . Red Wine Year: 2017 Soil: Schist Grape Varie�es: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz. Winemaking: The bunches were hand picked in 20kg containers. Following hand sor�ng the grapes were de-stemmed and trans- ferred to tradi�onal lagares were then we’re treaded by foot during the first week, for fermenta�on. Ageing/Bo�ling: The wine has been stabilized in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with oxygen and filtered before bo�ling in June 2018. Tas�ng notes: Ruby colour and gentle aromas; good structure with red fruits flavours; silky tannins well balanced with vibrant acidity; harmonious wine with a long finish. Food pairing sugges�on and serving: Fora da Lei (Outlaw) Red 2017 is delicious when served around 16-18ºC, with red meat, spicy dishes and cheese. Analysis: Alcohol: 13,7% v/v; PH: 3,71; Total acidity: 5,4 g/L; Vola�le Acidity: 0,70 g/L.
