With more than 21 years of experience in the IT/web development industry and a proven internet marketingtrendsetter, Shawn works with businesses to develop innovative strategies that put their businesses ahead of thecompetition. He has a knack for knowing how to help your brand resonate with you target audience.

As Chief Technology Officer, Shawn leads our team of content developers, programmers and designers. Hechallenges them to develop a visual user environment that is cutting edge for your industry. His experienceincludes web development, internet marketing and e‐commerce business solutions.

Prior to joining Red House, Shawn founded several companies, including VUE Technologies and Get Green Music.At VUE, he led content development teams that programmed, designed and implemented over 100 e‐Commercesites, including Lowe’s Hardware Store and Sony Style. He collaborated with Google’s Senior Marketing Strategistto create an effective and efficient pay per click ad words campaign that increased convertible traffic whileutilizing analytics and appropriate adjustments to help minimize cost per click. In addition to being a majortrendsetter in web development and internet marketing, he developed the compression software that allowed forthe first two‐way video chat on a mobile device.

A computer programmer since the age of 7, Shawn graduated with Honors from the American College ofComputer and Information Sciences in 1998 with an Associate of Science. During his sales career, he’s successfully forged partnerships with largeenterprise accounts, built reseller and distribution channels, developed strategic partners, hired andmanaged sales teams, and consistently exceeded quotas. His experience has also included productdesign and marketing.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Ted leads our team of sales and marketingconsultants throughout the Americas. He encourages our sales team to find companies that makesense for Red House and play favorably to our strengths. He has an innovative approach to sales andworks with prospects to creatively develop advertising and marketing campaigns that will help growtheir business without breaking their budget. Be careful. Ted is very good at what he does and hewill challenge and push you in ways you never thought possible, but rest assured, your business willbe better for it.
